We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager Product Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving data-driven decision-making in the product development process. As a AM-Product Analyst, you will play a crucial role in gathering and analyzing data to provide insights that inform product strategy, enhance user experience, and contribute to the overall success of our products.
What You’ll do :
● Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and trends related to user behavior, product performance, and market dynamics.
● Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and user engagement.
● Develop and execute A/B testing and other experiments to measure the impact of product changes.
Collaboration:
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, marketing, and customer support, to ensure alignment on product goals and strategies.
Who are we looking for?
● Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Statistics, Computer Science) or equivalent work experience.
● 3+ years experience in Product analytics experience
● B. Tech/ M. Tech from a premier institute (IIT/NIT/BITS )
● Proven experience as a Product Analyst or in a similar role, with a track record of successfully influencing product decisions through data analysis.
● Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and experience with tools (e.g., GA, Clevertap & Tableau).
● Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex data findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
● Familiarity with product management methodologies and a deep understanding of the product development lifecycle.
● Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.

As a key member of our global supply team, you will be pivotal in engaging with both prospective and existing clients, particularly with top endemic publisher accounts in the AdTech/Pharma Tech sectors, support the onboarding process, helping customers gain maximum value from our solutions.
- Account management: build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with clients, acting as a trusted technical advisor throughout the onboarding and post-implementation phases
- Onboarding & implementation: support technical onboarding for new clients, managing integrations and ensuring clients are set up for success from day one
- Ongoing client support: act as the primary technical contact for key accounts, troubleshooting issues, and proactively identifying opportunities to drive client satisfaction and retention
- Conduct live demos: present our solutions to prospective clients, emphasizing unique benefits and features, and tailor demos for varying audience levels, with a focus on endemic and top publisher accounts

- Strong Technical Account Manager (Publisher Side) Profile
- Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have minimum 6+ years of total experience, including 5+ years as a Technical Account Manager in AdTech, Programmatic Advertising, or Digital Media
- Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have hands-on experience managing end to end top publisher accounts or supply-side relationships; technical onboarding, integrations, troubleshooting, and providing technical assistance to publishers
- Mandatory (Experience 3) – Strong working knowledge of SSPs, programmatic ecosystem, ad-serving workflows, and ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Mandatory (Experience 4) – Demonstrated experience conducting live product demos, explaining features/benefits, and tailoring demos for publisher / stakeholders
- Mandatory (Experience 5) – Experience collaborating closely with technical, product, customer success, and sales teams to solve client issues and drive adoption
- Mandatory (Experience 6) – Experience collaborating closely with technical, product, customer success, and sales teams to solve client issues and drive adoption
- Mandatory (Company) – Must come from an AdTech, Programmatic, SSP, Publisher-side, or Digital Media Tech organisation dealing with supply partnerships / publisher ops
