• 1. Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Sitecore websites supporting multiple sites, brands, regions, and languages.
• 2. Architect and implement scalable Sitecore solutions capable of handling high-volume traffic and business-critical workloads.
• 3. Develop custom Sitecore components, templates, workflows, pipelines, and modules following best practices.
• 4. Lead headless CMS implementations using Sitecore XM Cloud, JSS, Experience Edge, and GraphQL.
• 5. Optimize website performance, page load speed, Core Web Vitals, JsonLD and backend response times for exceptional user experience.
• 6. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application, infrastructure, and website-related issues in development and production environments.

Strategic Purpose of the Position

At the moment, Sitecore 9 powers our wholesale websites. We need a Sitecore developer to handle the current sites while we migrate them to a different CMS (it might take another 1-2 years). Additionally, the new resource can serve both retail and wholesale, and we have retail sites running on Sitecore 10.
