Role Overview

We are looking for a talented Full Stack Developer with 2–5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad.

As a Senior Full Stack Developer at Apty, you will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of cutting-edge web applications and browser extensions that serve enterprise clients worldwide. You should have strong problem-solving skills and be proficient in both front-end and back-end technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using HTML, CSS, and React.js.
• Build robust server-side applications and APIs using Node.js.
• Design and manage relational databases using SQL.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and enhance existing applications for optimal performance and scalability.

Education Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Job Details:

 Generate potential client leads by contacting investors and wealth professionals that have communicated interest in evaluating MProfit’s products

 Follow up with potential client leads as a point-of-contact to address their requirements, schedule online demos and provide assistance to help them evaluate MProfit products seamlessly

 Follow up with new clients to ensure a smooth post-sales client onboarding experience

 Follow up with existing clients regarding client feedback, subscription renewals and issue resolution

 Work with MProfit Support Team regarding assignment of client support requests and communication of client feedback

Job Requirements:

 Candidate with 0-2 years of experience

 Excellent verbal and written communication.

 Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of other languages is a plus

 Graduate with excellent academic results with good logical thinking

 Proficiency with Microsoft Office products such as Excel and Word

 Knowledge of multiple languages is an added advantage

• Understanding of SDLC & OOPs concepts.

• Must have experience with ASP.NET with C#

• Good knowledge of SQL server / POSTGreSQL database

• Basic Knowledge of javascript, JQuery, CSS, HTML5, Bootstrap

• Ability to design Web architecture.

• Ability to bug fixing in existing projects.

• Knowledge of functions, procedure, triggers.

• Ability to write optimized sql query.

• Good knowledge of developing Desktop Application

• Knowledge of WCF, Web Services and file management.

• Also should be able to understand the existing applications and should be in position to reengineer the codes to latest .Net technologies.

• Freshers: Should have B.Tech background and should have strong in problem solving skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Review training content and assessments. The review parameters include (but are not limited to) the following:

○ Rewrite the training content wherever necessary to simplify it or to make it more age

appropriate.

○ Create engaging learning activities and provide exercises and activities that enhance

the learning process.

○ Devise modes of assessment, such as tests or quizzes, to measure the effectiveness

of course.

○ Analyze and apply trends and best practices in learning technologies and instructional

design.

○ Suggest instructional enhancements to the content and assessments so the learning

experience is superior.

○ Check if all the training assets follow the instructional guidelines.

○ Work with subject matter experts to identify target audience’s training needs

○ Do a thorough language review.

○ Do a thorough formatting check and fixes.

• Brainstorm with the content developer to storyboard the concepts introduced in a lesson/chapter.
• Create guidelines and templates as and when needed.
• Conduct audits of the live classes to check how the content is getting translated into the actual class experience.
• Give inputs for process improvements.

Skill Set:

1. General:

• In-depth understanding of activity based teaching-learning methods with a strong knowledge of pedagogies to teach 21st Century Skills.
• At least 3-4 years of experience in instructional design and/or content writing.
• Experience in editing documents with an eye for details.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards.
• Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

○ Must demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the 

organization.

1. Technical:

• Understanding of Object-Oriented concepts.
• Basic understanding of core programming concepts with teaching skills will be an asset.
• Good exposure on-
  • Object-Oriented Programming language(s) (preferably JavaScript/Python)
  • Web Technology (HTML/CSS/JavaScript)- Front End Development
  • Block-Based Coding environment like Code.org or Scratch will be a plus
  • Knowledge of RDBMS (MySQL, Airtable, Firebase etc.) will be an added advantage

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and Implement Technology Solutions

Understand Functional Specifications and transform into technical programs specs to code, test and debug programs

Develop, Code and execute unit tests, systems and integration and acceptance tests and testing tools for functions of high complexity.

Perform performance tuning to improve performance over multiple functions.

Troubleshooting and resolving issues to optimize performance

Support functional consultants in designing solutions for the gaps identified.

Desired Candidate Profile

7- 12 Years of ABAP Experience

Strong Object Orientation experience

SAP ABAP and Netweaver / Webdynpro Development

SAP H4 HANA 1709 and above

Experience in third party integration

Knowledge and experience of delivering projects in an agile framework

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Ability to write technical speficifications

Great interpersonal and communication skills

SAP Certification is a plus

Work Experience in a pharma company is another big plus
