ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Looking for a Key Account Manager (B2B) with Excellent Communication Skills and prior experience in selling or managing clients for SaaS products / Tech Sales.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Own account P&L outcomes including Revenue Expansion, Retention, Gross Margins, NRR and CSAT scores
• Build multithreaded relationships across CXO, Product, Compliance and Procurement teams
• Drive platform adoption by shaping customer success plans, product usage KPIs and quarterly business reviews (QBRs)
• Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities across product lines to expand customer footprint
• Lead contract renewals, commercials and negotiations with a solutions-first mindset
• Manage risks proactively (churn risk, adoption gaps, budget constraints, competitive threats) with clear mitigation plans
• Maintain accurate forecast hygiene, account plans and stakeholder mappings in CRM
• Champion account governance and escalation resolution to ensure high-quality delivery and service experience

• Strong fluency in business metrics, product adoption modeling, and value realization frameworks
• Hands-on experience with account management CRMs like Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, and similar
• Ability to manage clients independently with minimum supervision

JOB TITLE: ASSOCIATE MANAGER - TELUGU PROGRAMMING

LOCATION: NAVI MUMBAI, INDIA (Remote)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Assist in managing the daily Telugu programming and curation strategy. Working knowledge of

Kannada + Malayalam is a big plus

 Basic data analysis and number crunching is an important part of this role

 Work with the Programming Teams as well as other cross-functional teams to achieve various

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate or above
• 6-7 years experience in LAN/WAN Routing including 2 or more years of LAN/WAN Administration experience within a multi-platform technical environment.
• In-depth understanding of voice and/or data technologies and subject matter expert in at least one area.
• Cisco Certified or equivalent combination of knowledge and experience.
• Understanding on IPsec, VPNs, GRE, NAT/PAT over varied platforms
• Expert knowledge of all LAN switching technologies eg Spanning Tree, VLAN management, and VTP concepts on Cisco, Nexus, and Arista
• Good understanding of MPLS routing and OSPF routing

- Profound knowledge about state-of-the-art technologies and standards (PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS, AJAX, JQuery, XML, and Linux) 

Experience with web services and Various frameworks (CakePHP, Symfony, ZEND, Laravel, etc) -

Capability to create an extension or module.
