Role Overview:

Experienced Full Stack Developer with 8 years of hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and deploying web applications.

• Proficient in backend development using Python, with strong skills in frameworks such as Django and FastAPI.
• Skilled in frontend development using ReactJS, ensuring seamless user interfaces and responsive design.
• Skilled at SQL database management, with a focus on performance optimization and data integrity.
• Capable of contributing to system design and architecture discussions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
• Strong communicator with a track record of collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams and delivering high-quality solutions.
• Open to transitioning into Data Engineering roles leveraging strong SQL skills and understanding of data pipelines.
• Good debugging skills.

Key Skills:

• Backend Development: Extensive experience in Python-based backend development with Django and FastAPI frameworks. Proficient in building RESTful APIs, handling authentication, authorization, and data validation.
• Frontend Development: Skilled in frontend technologies, particularly ReactJS, for creating dynamic and responsive user interfaces. Familiar with state management libraries like Redux and context API.
• Database Management: Strong command over SQL for designing schemas, writing complex queries, and optimizing database performance. Experience with ORM frameworks like Django ORM.
• System Design: Understanding of system design principles, including scalability, performance optimization, and microservices architecture. Ability to contribute to architectural decisions and technical design discussions.

Note: Completely IC Role and Hands-on coding is mandatory.

We are looking for a strong Java Developer with experience in fintech domain enterprise-grade world class data aggregation, reconciliation, and reporting product. As a Java Sr developer you will design and develop technology-based business solutions that caters to current and future Product requirements.

Must have:
• 4-8 years of relevant experience in designing & developing and architecting systems/software for large business environments (Java, J2EE).
• Strong design and coding skills in Enterprise Java, Hibernate, Spring, Spring Boot, REST web services, JMS (ActiveMQ), XML, JSON.
• Must have good experience in Unix/Oracle/SQL.
• Experience in any communication framework (MQ) is an added advantage.
• Experience in Agile Development, Scrum, and Iterative approaches
• Participate in requirement gathering JAD sessions and support documentation
• Work with Product Management to resolve or raise queries and get query resolution on areas which are unclear, ambiguous and which need more information

We are looking for people who are truly full stack, and are as comfortable working on javascript front end as they are debugging database interactions, or improving their CloudFormation templates. While we are open to any degree and colleges, we are look for people who prides in being a coder and have demonstrable (3+ years) experience in software development. In particular we look for people who can:

• Code backend services, ideally using Node.js or Java, or other server side compiled language.
• Design and develop Rest API with integrations to lots of external systems. Experience of GraphQL is an advantage
• Develop modern and secure web front ends, ideally using React, Express and Redux.
• Interface with No-SQL/ MongoDB or SQL based data bases (PortgresSQL).
• Deploy their code into the cloud and support it there, ideally on AWS and GitHub. Experience with kubernetes and serverless is an advantage.
• Deliver in agile manner while coding cleanly, automating testing and clean coding, simple solutions, automated testing and continuous deployment.
