We are looking for a creative and energetic In-House Videographer / Video Editor who can create engaging, fast-paced digital content for social media and marketing campaigns.

Role Overview

The Videographer / Video Editor will be responsible for shooting and editing short-form sports and fitness content for social media platforms. This role requires someone who understands current content trends and can translate ideas into visually engaging videos.

Key Responsibilities

Content Production

• Shoot sports and fitness related content using mobile devices (primarily iPhone) and basic camera equipment.
• Capture product videos, athlete content, store visuals, and promotional clips.

Video Editing

• Edit short-form content for platforms such as Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other digital platforms.
• Perform basic colour correction, sound balancing, and final finishing.

Creative Contribution

• Work with the marketing team to plan and produce engaging video concepts.
• Stay updated with social media trends and incorporate them into content.
• Bring creative ideas and storytelling approaches to video content.

Content Optimization

• Ensure videos are optimized for different social media formats and aspect ratios.
• Maintain consistency in brand tone and visual style.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in videography or video editing.
• (Freshers with strong editing skills and portfolio can apply.)
• Editing Software:
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• DaVinci Resolve
• Basic Knowledge of:
• Adobe After Effects
• Colour correction and basic motion graphics
• Understanding of social media video formats and trends.
• Proactive, responsible, and creative mindset.

Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Trainer to join us. The Digital Marketing Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training sessions on various aspects of digital marketing to our students.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop digital marketing training programs, workshops, and materials based on industry best practices and emerging trends.
• Conduct engaging and informative training sessions on topics including but not limited to:
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Pay-per-click (PPC) advertising
• Social media marketing (SMM)
• Content marketing
• Email marketing
• Digital analytics and reporting
• Provide hands-on training and practical assignments to enhance participants' understanding and application of digital marketing strategies.
• Assess and evaluate participants' performance and progress throughout the training programs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience of at least 5 years as a Digital Marketing Trainer or similar role, with a strong background in digital marketing strategies and techniques.
• In-depth knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media platforms, email marketing tools, and digital analytics.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex digital marketing concepts effectively.
• Hands-on experience in managing digital marketing campaigns and projects across multiple platforms.

About the role: 

You’ll be an early engineer in a newly formed engineering team. This is a unique opportunity for you to learn, build, demonstrate, and subsequently own diverse components of our tech stack and evolve as we scale our business. Your Primary Responsibility Will Be:

To Advance Our Integrated Data Capture And Insights Platform (Ruby/React/PostgreSQL) And Associated Tooling (Python)

Specifically, your responsibilities will include:

• Work with a diverse multidisciplinary team across Engineering, Product & Operations, to translate product specs into clean, functional, production-ready code.
• Participate actively in defining of the systems architecture vision to better support our team’s needs

Minimum Qualification:

• At least 4+ years of experience in software engineering building SaaS platforms, products and APIs
• At least 1+ years in your current role as a senior engineer
• Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails (primary) and Python (additional)
• Strong proficiency in data modelling, RDBMS (Postgres preferred) and NoSQL databases.
• Proficient in software design, modularity, testability and software quality
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Additional desired qualifications:

• Preferred prior experience in the following stack: Python, Ruby On Rails, React, Postgres, AWS
• Experience in working on natural language processing, and ML for text and audio.
• Fast self-learner, with aptitude and interest in learn new technologies, languages & frameworks
• Experience working on data-pipelines, and data transformation systems.
• Experience setting up, managing and ensuring best practices on public clouds like AWS, GCP, or Azure (we use AWS)

The principal embedded systems engineer will have deep expertise in embedded systems design, development and worked for years on embedded systems teams. This person is a leader and mentor to junior engineers and shares knowledge about the design and development of embedded systems.

Responsibilities:

• Serves as an expert in all aspects of embedded projects and embedded systems—including designing, developing, testing, and perfecting designs 
• Responsible for updating and working with executive leadership on the development of embedded systems and status of projects 
• Provides guidance and mentoring to other members of the team
