We are seeking highly motivated and performance-driven Sales Engineers to join our Sales &

Marketing team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a strong career in B2B sales within

the manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and process equipment industry, with exposure to both domestic

and international markets

Qualification:

 Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in any Engineering

 0–5+ years of experience in B2B / Manufacturing / Industrial Sales

 Freshers with strong interest in sales are encouraged to apply

 Candidates from Manufacturing / Pharmaceutical / Process Equipment background preferred

Key Responsibilities:

 Drive sales growth by generating new business opportunities and expanding existing client

relationships

 Understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions and proposals

 Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals to clients

 Actively follow up on leads, enquiries, and ensure timely closure of opportunities

 Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective planning and execution

 Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders

 Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends

 Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution

 Attend client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events to promote company offerings

 Travel to Domestic/International markets to attend tradeshows, conferences, and customer

meetings.

 Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle

 Maintain and update customer database and sales reports

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Support Engineer to join our growing IT team. As an IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and assisting in the day-to-day operations of our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have 2-4 years of experience in IT support, with a solid understanding of networking, hardware, software, and systems administration.



Responsibilities

➔   Provide first- and second-level technical support to end users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues both onsite and remotely.

➔   Assist in maintenance of servers, desktops, laptops, and mobile devices, ensuring optimal performance.

➔   Support the configuration and maintenance of network devices (routers, switches, firewalls) and ensure secure and reliable connectivity.

➔   Aid in the rollout, installation, and configuration of new hardware and software applications, including updates and patches.

➔   Develop and maintain technical documentation and user guides. Conduct basic training sessions to help staff better utilize IT resources.

➔   Track, prioritize, and resolve tickets using the organization’s helpdesk system. Escalate issues as needed and follow up to ensure resolution.

➔   Support initiatives related to IT security, ensuring systems adhere to compliance and policy standards, and participate in routine system audits.

Requirements

➔   2-4 years of experience in IT support, network administration, or a similar role.

➔   Solid understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) and network protocols.

➔   Experience with hardware troubleshooting and software installation.

➔   Exposure to SASE tools like Zscaler, Netskope, PaloAlto Prisma Access.

➔   Knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, and other enterprise IT solutions.

➔   Basic experience in server administration and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).

➔   Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

➔   Experience with IT service management (ITSM) tools (e.g.,JIRA Service Desk, ServiceNow,Freshworks etc).

➔   Exposure to virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) or cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).

➔   Knowledge of scripting or automation (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for routine tasks.

Responsibilities ( Experience 8-10 years)

    Design and development of apps for Android in Kotlin and JAVA
    Follow Google user interface guidelines and principles of material design
    Ensure performance and maintainability of the apps
    Code review and guidance to other team members to make sure code quality is as desired.
    Researching new frameworks and adapting the best of them in app development.

Skills Required

    Expert knowledge of Kotlin and JAVA
    Expert knowledge of Architectural patterns like MVC, MVVM and Clean Architecture.
    Expert understanding of Android run time model
    Experience with offline caching, threading and task management.
    Experience with object oriented design patterns.
    Experience with push notifications and Firebase or other similar PaaS systems.
    An Eye for design details, following pixel perfect designs.
    Experience with 3rd party libraries like okhttp, volley , Soket.io, Realm, Firebase, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, RX Kotlin/JAVA.
    Team management skills.

Essential Skills:

• MS BizTalk
• Good Experience in Mapping, Orchestration, Deployments.
• Good to have experience in System Support (Operations)
• Knowledge on different Adapters/Configurations

Preferred Skills:

• Development Experience or Knowledge on MS Azure – Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, Storage.
• BizTalk 360
• C# or any Programming language basics
• Azure DevOps (CI/CD)
