Skills :

Experience with a variety of testing techniques such as UI Testing, Automated Testing, Test Driven Development Strategies .

Experience with coding using JAVA, HTML5, DB2, XML .

Experience with web security technology & software QA tools .

Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing

Hands-on experience with automated testing tools Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting.

Main responsibilities and duties:

 Reviews deals on Salesforce with a commercial mindset and assesses the strength and

revenue potential of the deal.

 Has a good understanding of deal structures, and key KPIs e.g. discount, fee etc and uses this

knowledge to suggest improvements to submitted deals in order to maximise potential

profit.

 Works closely with the Merchandiser to ensure deals on-site are bringing in incremental

sales and aren’t cannibalising other deals.

 Provides relevant focus to the sales team to improve quality of deal submissions.

 Prioritises approved deals on the copy board, ensuring deals are written in priority order,

ensuring deals launch in time for key selling periods.

 Schedules launch date of deals.

 Identifies top deals that require a more in-depth write-up from the copy team and ensures

these are written in a timely manner.

Technical Skills required:

 BCom/BBA/MBA Degree or previous experience in a relevant sector

 Proficiency in Microsoft tools (e.g. excel)

 Ability to analyse data sets in order to arrive at logical conclusions

 Experience in tools such as SQL and Power Bi useful but not essential

Soft Skills required:

 Ability to prioritise and multitask, responding to ad-hoc data requests whilst taking care of

ongoing tasks / projects

 Ability to work with people with a variety of styles and working cultures

What we are looking for?

We are looking for PHP Developers with experience in Laravel to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in developing web applications from scratch and be able to work independently, as well as collaboratively with a team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex web applications.

• Candidates should have a strong knowledge of PHP.
• Write clean, well-designed code using the PHP framework, and other related technologies

What you’ll be doing

• Designing and developing web applications using PHP frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, CodeIgniter, Yii, or CakePHP
• Writing clean and efficient code that follows industry best practices and standards
• Should be able to read and understand the existing code base
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize features for new and existing applications
• Build integrations with multiple eCommerce platforms for our SaaS applications
• Implementing and maintaining third-party APIs to integrate with existing applications
• Troubleshooting and debugging applications to ensure optimal performance and usability
• Collaborating with other developers to maintain and improve existing code and applications
• Working with project managers to ensure projects are completed on time
• Testing and deploying code to production environments.
• Staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in web development and PHP frameworks

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science  or a related degree Program

Fresher candidates with good programming language are applicable for this position.

What You'll Do

• Responsible for achieving quarterly and annual sales quota
• Conducts sales needs analysis with new and prospective customers, including the development of client-centric product solutions.
• Generates leads with the support of SDRs by contacting prospective clients through cold reach outs, networking and industry events.
• Qualifies new leads and determines serviceability of prospects
• Understands the communication needs of enterprise customers, and designs solutions to meet those unique business needs.
• Designs develops and delivers sales proposals and presentations on product benefits.
• Maintains all sales databases necessary to report sales activity and customer information with the support of SDRs

What you should have

• 3-8 years experience in similar roles; Experience as Account Executive or Sales Development Representative at any technical product company is a big plus!
• Flawless communication skills, both written and oral, with extensive public speaking experience
• Demonstrated ability to work solo as well as being a productive team member, making outbound reach-outs every day
• Have a strong work ethic and are eager to learn and make new connections with prospects

About this Role

As we scale and build our organisation, we would like to add an individual to our core Technical Leadership who can scale our key products and projects and help us build and foster relationships with Enterprise clients.

We are looking for an experienced Technology Leader to join our fast growing organisation to help us with driving Technical Strategy, Approach and oversee the Implementation for internal and external products. You should be someone who loves Engineering, have amazing debugging skills and slay problems with technology. 

In this role, you will undertake Technical / Solution Architecture and should also be able to help team with Engineering and coding wherever required. That includes, working along with the team, writing code, doing R&D or POCs, ensuring we follow modern industry standards and building beautiful high performing Software and Applications and thus delivering a better solution and product. You will also help FP build strong relationships with clients and technical leadership on the client side.

You would be required to have a minimum of 10+ years of experience with a mix of Engineering, DevOps, Infrastructure, Cyber - Network Security, Enterprise Application Maintenance, Database Management along with Project, Client and People Management skills which are necessary to lead the team and be their voice. You should be a leader and not just a manager who loves delegating things to the off-shore team, but rather someone who would not hesitate to take over Git-Pull and start writing code and show ‘here is how it’s done’ and amaze everyone with your expertise! :-) 

Because this is a Senior role, you would also be involved working with the Product/Project Manager and will be responsible for the delivery and output.
