Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Software Sales Specialist with expertise in the pharmaceutical process manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our ERP software solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of pharmaceutical manufacturing businesses. They will possess in-depth knowledge of ERP systems, understand the complexities of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, and have a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

1. Prospect, qualify, and generate new leads within the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders at pharmaceutical manufacturing companies.
3. Understand the specific business challenges and requirements of pharmaceutical manufacturing organizations and articulate how our ERP solutions can address those needs effectively.
4. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our ERP software as it pertains to pharmaceutical manufacturing.
5. Collaborate with the pre-sales, implementation, and customer success teams to ensure smooth handover of accounts and successful implementation of ERP solutions.
6. Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and contract negotiations in alignment with company policies and pricing guidelines.
7. Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes within the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector.
8. Meet and exceed sales targets, objectives, and KPIs set by the company.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. (MBA preferred)
2. Minimum of 3-5 years of proven sales experience in selling ERP software solutions, preferably within the pharmaceutical process manufacturing industry.
3. Deep understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, regulatory requirements, and industry challenges.
4. Strong network of contacts within the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector is highly desirable.
5. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
7. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales productivity tools.
