ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE 

1.   3.5 to 12-14 years of experience as a Software Developer.

2.   Experience in .Net technologies - C#, ASP.net is must.

3.   Experience in developing REST based PAPIs.

4.   Experience in building web user interface.

5.   Good to have experience in developing single page apps using modern JS framework.

6.   Skills in cross browser development.

7.   Understanding of Agile methodology.

8.   Excellent trouble shooting and communication skills.

9.   Knowledge of Azure will be an added advantage. 

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Developing and implementing web-based applications using .Net technology and MS-SQL.
2. Developing front end with highly responsive user interface concept using React concept.
3. Identifying web-based user interaction.
4. Participate in requirement analysis.
5. Collaborate with internal teams and positive mindset to help and seek help.
6. Documentation of application development changes and updates. 

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Master's degree (from tier 1 college - IIT/NIT/IIM/XLRI/MDI/ Any other Tier 1 Colleges)
• 3+ years experience with 2+ years experience in digital marketing at a high growth app-based B2C organisation
• Strong quantitative mindset and data driven approach to digital marketing
• Expertise in excel-based data modelling and analytics tools
• Experience in handling mid to large scale monthly digital marketing budgets
• Hands-on experience in managing Facebook Ads, Google Ads at scale
• Experience in programmatic advertising is a big plus for this role
• Experience in understanding data using Google Analytics/ Mixpanel/ AppsFlyer or any other analytics or attribution tool
• Experience in cross-team collaboration, team management and agency management    

• Working closely with sales and operations & Sales team on all diversity involving recruitment to ensure fairness in hiring practices
• Using various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including social media platforms, networking events, job fairs, job portals and campus hiring
• Ensuring proper onboarding for new hires and the necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately
• Providing feedback to management about details regarding applications
• Using standardized screening techniques, Assess the skills, qualifications and experience of potential candidates
• Coordinating the hiring process end-to-end

• Proven experience of 4-6 years as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, TA lead, or similar role
• Should have experience into sales hirings and building sales teams

• Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems

PHP / Laravel / CI developer duties and responsibilities

• Develop, record and maintain cutting edge web-based PHP applications on portal plus premium service platforms.
• Build innovative, state-of-the-art applications and collaborate with the frontend development team.
• Ensure HTML, CSS, and shared JavaScript is valid and consistent across applications.
• Prepare and maintain all applications utilizing standard development tools.
• Utilize backend data services and contribute to increase existing data services API.
• Lead the entire web application development life cycle right from concept stage to delivery and post launch support.
• Convey effectively with all task progress, evaluations, suggestions, schedules along with technical and process issues.
• Document the development process, architecture, and standard components.
• Coordinate with co-developers and keeps project manager well informed of the status of development effort and serves as liaison between development staff and project manager.

PHP / Laravel / CI developer requirements and qualifications

• Previous working experience as a PHP(Laravel/CI) developer for minimum 3 years.
• Proficient with JavaScript, JQuery and AJAX.
• In depth knowledge of object-oriented PHP (>=Laravel 7 or >=CI 4.0) framework.
• Should know about source version control like GIT or SVN
• Familiar with AWS & Linux command line will be added advantage.
• Understanding and implementing security and data protection
• Must be a team player with good communications.
