We are currently scouting for Business Development Representative (Founding member)

Our Client Story:

They are building new-age billing and pricing infrastructure for SaaS companies. As SaaS pricing evolves from vanilla subscription based models to more granular usage based models, billing and pricing infrastructure needs to be completely reimagined.

It is founded by two folks who sold their previous start-ups to Snapdeal and Gaana respectively. They have experience at organizations such as Google, Basepair, Elevation Capital, IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi and Harvard Business School. We are funded by marquee global investors, including Bessemer Venture Partners.

What you will do:

We are building our founding team, and are looking for:

• engineers who can optimize for quick iteration, fast deployment and having a great developer experience.
• sales, marketing and growth folks who are excited to push the envelope on GTM (go to market) innovation

You should be excited about learning and meaningfully shaping the trajectory of an early stage startup from Day 0 in its journey.

Qualification:

In order to succeed, SaaS companies need to innovate not only on product, but also GTM (go to market). An innovative, multi-pronged GTM approach is critical to stand out and attract customers.

The good part is that we are building a “pain-killer”, as opposed to a “vitamin”, which makes it much easier to sell and market 🙂 The pain is severe, the product is best in class, and the market is huge - it doesn’t get better than this.

We are selling to the mid-market and enterprise, with a fairly high touch sales process. We are setting up best-in-class sales machinery to scalably and predictably drive revenue.

We at ZOOP. ONE are looking for a technically savvy Key Account Manager who possesses a strong drive for results. Duties of Key Account Manager will include a broad range of tasks such as maintaining ongoing customer relationships and networking, implementing success programs, contributing to sales, on boarding and training clients, and minimizing churn. You should also be able to provide insights on client-to-business interactions, improve customer experience through product support, and handle customer complaints and requests. You should be able to contribute to creating and maintaining good customer relationships and ensuring smooth on boarding.

This role demands hybrid WFO(2 days a week)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage client portfolios.

• Prepare and share weekly and monthly reports with the reporting manager on customer performance.
• Own the product knowledge base.
• Map the customer journey and identify improvements at every stage.
• Maintain healthy customer engagement levels by identifying low utilization and providing solutions to further drive customer success.
• Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders.
• Be the product champion, interpret customer insights to drive change in product and act as a voice of the customer to the Product team.
• Manage the Customer Success strategy for tracking and reporting on client health and reducing Customer Churn.
• Create and perform Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews for ensuring customer retention and expansion - effectively delivering results to key stakeholders.
• Raise open issues with cross-functional teams and take ownership of resolving the issues in a timely manner.
• Constantly work towards providing innovative strategies for delivering customer delight.
• Engage with clients to understand the nuances of their work processes and the resulting needs and pain points.

Requirements:

• 2+ years proven track record in Customer Success, Relationship Manager, Key Account Management, and any of similar domains.
• Strong Technical Background Preferred.

1. Strong expertise with HTML, CSS, and writing cross-browser compatible code
2. Good understanding of AJAX and JavaScript Dom manipulation Techniques
3. Experience with RESTful services
4. Experience in JavaScript build tools like grunt or gulp
5. Expert in Angular, TypeScript, Angular Material and Server Side Rendering (SSR)
6. Hand on and implements complex Angular applications, directives, controllers, services and components, create the same from scratch
7. Experience in Third Party integrations like Payment Gateway, Facebook, Gmail and any other Google APIs
8. Knowledge of state management tools such, NgRx, Redux

1. Develop User interfaces for Modern Rich Internet Applications with the latest Front End Technologies Perform product analysis and development tasks of increasingly complex nature which may require extensive research and analysis
2. Writing tested and documented JavaScript, HTML and CSS

•   Skillset and experience in Magento 2.x.
• More than 4 years of experience
• Experience in Agile Methodology is preferred
• Strong functional and code-level knowledge of all Magento components and relevant eCommerce technologies.
• Sound experience and knowledge of PHP 7.x and MySQL.
• Knowledge of Magento design patterns & EAV structure.
• Skilled in Object Oriented Programming (OOPs) and having a good understanding in MVC frameworks: Symfony and/or Zend framework.
• Should have experience in design & develop custom Magento 2 modules/extensions and new functionality.
• Presentation skills and ability to work under pressure
• Should be able to customize various custom and 3rd party Modules.
• Ability to use GIT, Composer, and CLI.
• Experience in API Integration with 3rd party ERP systems & 3rd party services.
• Experience in Payment & Shipment Gateway integration.
• Demonstrated knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3.
• Knowledge of Magento site optimization techniques.
• Experience of Knockout.js will be a plus
