Role Overview

We are hiring Software Engineers with strong experience in Java Spring Boot and Angular to work on enterprise-level applications at the client office in Whitefield, Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs.
• Build interactive front-end modules using Angular.
• Collaborate with the lead, QA, and product team for high-quality delivery.
• Understand requirements, participate in design discussions, and contribute to technical solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
• Perform unit testing and integration testing.
• Fix bugs, optimize code, and improve application performance.

Technical Skills Required

• Strong coding skills in Java 8+, Spring Boot, RESTful API development.
• Experience working with Angular.
• Good understanding of Microservices concepts.
• Strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and build tools.
• Familiarity with cloud services is a plus.

Soft Skills

• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle tasks with minimal supervision.

Key Requirements / Skills

• 6+ years of overall experience in software development with strong expertise in building scalable web applications.
• 2+ years of experience as a Technical Lead, managing development teams and driving project delivery.
• Strong technical decision-making ability, including architecture design, technology selection, and implementation of best practices.
• Front-end expertise: Strong experience in React, JavaScript, TypeScript, and building responsive and user-friendly UI/UX.
• Back-end development: Hands-on experience with Node.js, RESTful APIs, API design, and server-side architecture.
• Gen AI Expertise: Experience in building RAG & LLM Systems, implementing AI/ML models or integrating AI-based solutions to solve business problems.

Job Description: Senior Full Stack Java Developer

Timings: 2 p.m – 11 p.m

Employment: Full-time (Hybrid)

Overview: We are hiring two exceptional India-based Lead Developers to work as core members of U.S. based Agile teams. These individuals will own the technical implementation of critical features across customer-facing and associate-facing applications. This is a hands-on technical role, with at least 50% of time spent actively writing code or performing engineering tasks, while also guiding the rest of the team in execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the senior technical contributor in a cross-border team focused on Loyalty, Mobile App, CRM, and Customer Pickup.

• Own software design, development, testing, and delivery for cloud-native microservices and web components.

• Lead and guide code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure best practices across development.

• Work closely with American product, architecture, and Development Manager teams to break down epics, refine stories, and estimate work. • Mentor India-based junior developers and enforce engineering best practices in a collaborative, remote-first culture.

• Proactively communicate blockers, design decisions, and progress across global teams.

• Write clean, testable, scalable code with strong observability and resilience patterns.

• Integrate with Salesforce, internal APIs, SQL/NoSQL systems, and customer data platforms.

Required Experience & Skills:

• 8-10 years of hands-on development experience.

• Deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful API development, SQL (PostgreSQL, SQL Server), and front-end frameworks (React/Angular). • Experience working within an Agile environment alongside U.S.-based product managers, development managers, and designers.

• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and unit/integration testing skills.

• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines, source control (Git), containerization (Docker), and modern deployment patterns.

• Excellent communication and proactive problem-solving in a remote-first environment.

R&D power Knowledge of GitHub and Jira. A bit of knowledge of code building and docker
activity.

Profile- NodeJs Developers
Overall Experience- 2+ Years minimum
Pure Node.js Experience- At 1 Years
● Required Skills:- A person who is superb in node.js first and foremost. Needs to understand
the intricacies of promises and the asynchronous programming paradigm.
● A close second is experience in Graphql. Understanding Queries, Mutations and Apollo.
● Tertiary is DynamoDb and Mysql Being able to pick up a non-standard ORM and being able to
program against it.
● Developers must have experience with AWS, and preferably AppSync, Serverless Framework,
Lambdas, Codebuild and Codepipeline
● Experience building Automated Testing Frameworks using selenium, phantomjs, etc. is
preferred
