Role Description

● Providing full support to clients.

● Understanding their queries and solving their issues

● Coordinating with Technical team to discuss client’s issue

● Emailing the client and providing chat support

● Making prospect and introduce the company’s product in the market.

● Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying business growth opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue generation through sales strategies.

Some of the tech problems you get to work on as a backend engineer would be to build the backend for a modern spreadsheet experience from scratch, work on infra as code, write robust code that is fault-tolerant, work on performant code that adheres to SLOs set by the organization. 

About you:

● 3- 5 years of experience

We are looking for a Mid-Level Digital Marketer with a proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns. In this role, you will be responsible for driving traffic, increasing engagement, and generating leads across multiple digital channels. You will work closely with the content, design, and sales teams to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
• Create and optimize content for websites, blogs, and social media platforms.
• Manage and analyze the performance of PPC campaigns using Google Ads and other platforms.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with the design team to create engaging visual content.
• Monitor and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing tools.

Roles and Responsibilities

Key Performance Indicators:

Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code.

1. Design, build and maintain high performance, reusable and reliable Java code.

Mandatory Skills:

1. Java, Kotlin, Android Studio, OOP Design, JSON, Retrofit, Firebase
2. Strong knowledge of Android SDK & different versions of Android.
3. Application development paradigms, memory management, and multi-threading
4. Comprehensive understanding of Android application architecture, Activities, Services, Intents, Content Providers and Notifications, Fragments, Application Development life-cycle, Web Apps, and Web View.
5. Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate with clients at all levels and understand requirements carefully.
6. Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services.
7. Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices.
8. Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning.
9. Understanding of Google's Android design principles and interface guidelines.
10. A knack for writing clean, readable, and easily maintainable code.
11. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
12. Excellent attention to detail.
13. Good troubleshooting skills.
14. Basic knowledge of MVVM architecture

The Engineering team at Whatfix provides end-to-end engineering throughput that forms part of core platforms and services that drive Whatfix's business.

Our team is responsible for creating the Customer Platform and everything around it - be it Analytics, Infrastructure, or Core Algorithms. The team owns and is responsible for all pieces that we design, build and support end to end for Whatfix product/ business.

Our product is built around a core of JAVA with enterprise businesses using the Whatfix system. On a monthly basis, millions of interactive guides are processed. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and develop highly scalable, reliable, and fault-tolerant systems for one of the world’s fastest-growing startups
• Work with business to define requirements
• Perform technical design and hands-on coding for development and enhancement efforts
• Develop new user-facing features
• Building reusable code and libraries for future use
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs

You'll be a core member of the team.

Individual growth is important to us. We schedule time every week to explore an interest or learn something new. Team members have also used it to do everything from learning new algorithms to playing with the new framework, to exploring what the new analytics layer could be used for. We also take some time each day to discuss what we're working on, and even pair programs to teach each other about parts of the codebase. There's no risk of stagnation in this job, you would still be hands-on after a few years.

REQUIREMENTS:

We are looking for a Front-End Engineer to help us scale and go deep on our technical capabilities.

• 4 -12 years of professional front-end development experience
• Hands-on experience with Front end technologies - JavaScript, Typescript, HTML, CSS
• Experience with React Ecosystem (React Router, Styled-components, Server-side rendering, Context API, React Hooks) is strongly preferred
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux is a huge plus.
• Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around such issues
• Experience in backend programming languages such as Java is strongly preferred 
• Experience in building Web applications using frameworks like Spring, Microservice architecture
• Work experience, preferably from internet companies, products, or startups
• Expertise in design principles and their application
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
