Qualifications and Skills:

 Bachelor's degree in Marketing (Mechanical Engineering background will be a plus point)

 Proven experience (2 years) in digital marketing or a similar role.

 Hands-on experience with social media management and advertising tools.

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

 Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.

 Understanding of video marketing and content creation.

Key Responsibilities:

 Develop, plan, and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand

visibility, lead generation, and online engagement.

 Manage and optimize company social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram,

Twitter, etc.) with performance-driven campaigns.

 Create, curate, and oversee high-quality content (blogs, articles, case studies, creatives) for all

digital channels.

 Conduct advanced keyword research and implement effective SEO strategies to improve

website ranking and organic traffic.

 Plan and manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and marketing automation

initiatives.

 Analyze campaign performance using digital analytics tools and generate MIS reports with

actionable insights.

 Edit and produce high-quality videos and digital creatives for marketing campaigns and social

media platforms.

 Handle and coordinate company participation in exhibitions and trade shows, including stall

planning, promotional activities, branding materials, and lead management.

 Collaborate with sales and internal teams to align marketing strategies with overall business

objectives and revenue targets.

 Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing

technologies.

• Design, implement, and test production- grade core robotic software components possibly  including perception systems, motion planning systems, or command and control systems. • Design, implement, and test software integration components with other robotic platforms and  warehouse management systems 
• Design, implement, and test customer- specific software components 
• Develop testing frameworks and support testing for core software components • Develop logging and data analytics systems for deployments 
• Follow production- level code design and development processes including detailed  documentation, code reviews, and structured release processes

Job Summary:

Reporting directly to the CTO, you will be responsible for feature design, development, and continuously optimizing our tech stack.

• We are looking for an experienced software engineer with at least 5 years of experience in a startup or product environment. Ideally you have been involved in all aspects of software development from requirements gathering to design, development, deployment and post-release support. We are looking for all-round technical maturity. Our tech stack is Angular, Spring boot and Django/Python.

Responsibilities and Duties

Build out features across the stack : backend, API design and integration, database optimization , microservices, plugins, queues etc

Fix bugs and write automated tests

Maintain and upgrade our Tech Stack

Translate requirements to design and write/present articulate software design.

• Identifying and boosting business opportunities by evaluating the potential segmentation in all business verticals.
• Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
• Exploring new business opportunity, developing a business plan, and providing the workflow solutions for customers in different market segments.
• Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Sells products by implementing sales plans.
• By providing direction in line with business strategy, lead, motivate and measure the performance of the Sales teams
• Preparation of annual sales budget
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Design and implement strategic plans to reach sales targets.
• Develop and promote weekly, monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
• Work with customers to better understand their business needs and goals.
