Senior Fullstack Developer

Role Description

We are seeking a full-time AI Developer specializing in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to join UpSolve Solutions in Mumbai. This client-facing, on-site role involves designing, developing, and deploying AI models, specifically focusing on GenAI and LLMs. The AI Developer will leverage expertise in machine learning, natural language processing, and data science to build cutting-edge AI solutions that drive business innovation and solve complex challenges.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python
• Strong projects in Flask + JS
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science)

What is the role?

You will be responsible for architecting and developing features on the application end to end. You will be working closely with the Product Managers and the Technical architect to come up with high-quality, resilient, and highly performant applications.‍

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop SaaS-based applications based on microservices architecture.
• Work on core backend and ensure it meets the performance benchmarks.
• Work on the front end with ReactJS.
• Designing and developing APIs for the front end to consume.
• Constantly improve the architecture of the application by clearing the technical backlog.
• Meeting both technical and consumer needs.
• Staying abreast of developments in web applications and programming languages.

• Education - BE/MCA or equivalent.
• Overall 4+ years of experience.
• Agnostic/Polyglot with multiple tech stacks.
• Worked on open source technologies – NodeJS, ReactJS, MySQL, NoSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB.
• Good experience with Front-end technologies like JavaScript frameworks, ReactJS, AngularJS.
• Backend exposure – good knowledge of building API.
• Worked on serverless technologies.
• Efficient in building microservices in combining server & front-end.
• Knowledge of cloud architecture.
• Should have sound working experience with relational and columnar DB.
• Should be innovative and communicative in approach.
• Will be responsible for functional/technical track of a project.

Whom will you work with?

You will closely work with the engineering team and support the Product Team of Plum.

Your responsibilities as a Full Stack Developer * Write clean codes with relevant test cases

Roles & Responsibilities-

· Prototype quickly and optimize iteratively

· Integrating front end with server-side logic

· Implement security and data protection measures

· Deployment on cloud

· Understanding of code versioning tools like git

Experience-

· Must have at least 2-3 years of experience in MEAN Stack development i.e MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, and Node.js

· Extensive Experience in API integration and development.

· Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

· Experience with version control systems and repository management.

· Passionate about writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code.

· Strong analytical and debugging skills and experience building consumer systems at scale.

Required skillset

Applicants must have knowledge and experience in the following:

· Backend frameworks like Nodejs, expressjs

· Working with RDBMS

· Familiarity with MongoDB would be beneficial

· HTML, CSS & JavaScript

· Frontend frameworks like Angular, React / Svelte

· Web server like Nginx

· Familiarity of working with WebSocket’s

· Docker understanding

Notice period- Immediate joiner/ 15 days

This company is entire new but I have been working on my own project from last 8 years . 

Well here our  target is to finish at least 90 e-commerce websites a month .... as per the calculation one  should be able to finish one site within 3 days ( mainly on woo commerce) 

( we already have more work than we can finish for next 3 years) which makes us pretty stable as most of the new company .

So there are 2 categories of web designer we are looking for 

1. Salary range - 15k - 20 k (0-1 years experience)- Should be able to make a full responsive ecom ( woo commerce) website in 3 days 
2. Senior designer/ developer.  - 25- 40k  -Should be able to handle the team of 9 designer ,    -To make sure the checklist provided by client is met. -To make sure Deadlines to met for delivery .

P.s salaries entirely on the basis on ability  to perform and existing knowledge.
