What are we looking for in a candidate ?

• Experience of Minimum 3 years is required.
• Strong command of MVC frameworks such as Laravel.
• Complete understanding of the fully synchronous behavior of PHP & Laravel.
• Complete understanding of MVC design patterns.
• Adequate understanding of front-end technologies, such as jQuery, JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, and CSS.
• Knowledge of object-oriented PHP programming.
• Understanding accessibility and security compliance.
• Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.
• Familiarity with limitations of PHP as a platform and its workarounds.
• Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
• Proficient understanding of Pipelining and CI/CD.

What will a candidate be doing with us ?

• Top-notch development and managing and maintaining the code base with latest tech and code trends.
• Design and develop server-side logic using Laravel.
• Define and maintain the database.
• Create reusable, effective, and scalable code.
• Collaborate with a team of developers and UX designers to create a LARAVEL based web application..
• Prepare and maintain all applications utilizing standard development tools.
• Utilize back-end data services and contribute to increasing existing data services API.
• Implement security and data protection measures.
• Convey effectively with all task progress, evaluations, suggestions, schedules along with technical and process issues.
• Document the development process, architecture, and standard components.
• Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in web development.
• Develop components of the database such as cursor, queries, and Stored Procedure.
• Coordinates with co-developers and keeps project managers well informed of the status of development effort and serves as a liaison between development staff and project manager.

Responsibilities :-

·        Discuss training plans with customers to build custom courses to suit their needs.

• Maintain records of training activities, participant progress, and program effectiveness.
• Develop programs and processes that provide a service to industry, business, students, and/or other external/internal clients.
• Serve as technical assistant or point of contact with customer until 'go live' date and hand-off to support.
• Update course documentation as needed to ensure timeliness and relevance.
• Has a mix of being a technical instructor, a solution architect, and an evangelist.
• Coordination of training schedules to ensure the most efficient use of resources.
• Work in tandem with peers in technical training to develop best in class training department across all areas of training.
• Responsible for lectures, demonstration, discussion, and related instructional delivery methods.
• Deliver standard and customized training based on field needs and the delivery of new product and technology training in support of field readiness.
• Help to create, test, and review new and existing courseware.
• Build relationships with OCI product development teams to understand roadmaps and plan for content updates or new training offerings.
• Keep informed of and maintain proficiency with all company products.
• Coordinate logistics for instruction events, including scheduling classes reserving classrooms, travel arrangements and preparing workstations.

• Bachelor's or Graduate's Degree in business, business administration, computer science or railroad engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience with LMS, Cloud, Cloud computing, computing, and Camtasia processes, software and systems.

What does it need?

• This is a role for a talented and ambitious PHP Developer. Experience in web development preferred with graduation in a similar field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience.
• Knowledge of PHP & MySQL is a must.
• Should be capable of deploying application on Apache Web Server.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS & JavaScript.
• Knowledge of Linux/Ubuntu etc will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of jQuery and Ajax will be an added advantage.

CTC:

8.5-10.5 LPA based on experience and on performance in the interview round (70% Fixed - 30% Variable Incentive based on delivery schedule) (We do ZERO deductions since the salary will be paid from Singapore)

At this position you will:

• Get solid experience with high-load distributed architecture using REST and Kafka services.
• Work with automated CI/CD processes, AWS cloud, and VoIP.
• Implement and support microservices based on Spring MVC, Camel, MySQL, Mongo, and Kafka.

Requirement

• At least 1 year of experience with Java Core, Java EE, Spring Core, Spring Boot.
• Not more than 3 years of experience in Java Core, Java EE, Spring Core, Spring Boot.
• Deep understanding of SQL database technologies.
• Experience with Scrum / Agile methodology.
• Willingness to learn and explore new technologies.
• Git: merge, rebase, cherry-pick should be fluent.
• Good level of English B1 or higher.

It would be a nice bonus to have:

• Experience with distributed architecture.

• Hands-on experience with Kafka, MongoDB, and Apache Camel.

• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, Heroku, etc.).

• Experience with client-side development (we use Angular8 for website).

• A degree in computer science.
