We are seeking a talented Social Media Associate with a knack for video editing to manage and enhance our social media presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, curating, and editing engaging content to promote our podcast episodes, increase our follower base, and foster audience interaction. What will you do at Fynd?

• Develop and execute creative social media campaigns to promote podcast episodes and related content.
• Edit podcast episodes into short, engaging video clips for social media, ensuring high-quality production standards.
• Manage and update social media accounts (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) with regular posts, stories, and interactive content.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build a strong online community around our podcast.
• Monitor social media performance metrics, analyze data, and provide regular reports on the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
• Work closely with the podcast production team, graphic designers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive and consistent branding across all platforms.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our content fresh and relevant.

Some specific requirements:

• 1-5 years of experience in social media management and video editing, preferably in a podcast or media environment.
• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar) and graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Canva).
• Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their respective audiences.
• Ability to generate innovative ideas for content and campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Enthusiasm for podcasts and an understanding of the podcasting industry is a plus.

• A strong Portfolio in any consumer-facing App/SAAS/ B2B enterprise software is a must.

Seeking passionate Software Engineers having 2+ years of experience in Ruby on Rails.

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills. And you enjoy collaborating with others

Roles and Responsibilities

• Acting as a central point and facilitator for all financial reporting
• Helping develop detailed dashboards and KPIs and ensuring robust systems to track and monitor impact, financial and operating information
• Preparing necessary materials and information for the Board
• Ensuring robust governance norms are in place
• Ensuring timely and comprehensive financial reporting to all the funders, as outlined in contracts with funding agencies
• Preparing statements and necessary reports for the investors
• Coordinating with and responding in a time-bound manner to the information requested by investors
• Managing cash flows and treasury functions
• Managing banking relationships
• Developing profit center-wise budgets
• Preparing and maintaining regular financial reports; monthly expense forecast by segment (vs. projections); rolling 3-month cash out-flow forecast
• Maintaining of books of accounts through Tally/ Quickbooks and related activities
• Incorporating profit center wise reporting and analysis in the accounting system to separately track the performance of each activity against budget/projections

Desired Candidate Profile

• Qualified Chartered Accountant
• 5+ years of experience that is relevant to the above role
• Experience in a startup is preferred
• Good understanding of, interest in, and aptitude for financial accounting, business, and financial analysis, GST, Income Tax, Companies Act, etc.
• Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, business awareness, and problem-solving skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality work with tight timelines

UI/UX Developer cum designer Job Responsibilities

• UI developers should be adept at Javascript /AJAX / JQuery / Material Design.
• UX designers should have firsthand knowledge of Digital Advertising / dashboard designing with business requirements in mind.
• For both, UX & UI designers with experience in Ad agencies / Native Ads / IAB standards implementation would be a plus.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering team to define, adapt and implement innovative solutions to carry forward product visual direction and experience
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand- off to engineering
• Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks
• Effectively communicate interaction and design ideas using prototyping tools eg: invision, after effects etc
• Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
