Position: Production Engineer – Injection Molding

Location: Umbergaon, Gujarat

Shift: Day Shift

Job Summary

Responsible for managing shift-level production operations, manpower, machine utilization, and coordinating with support functions to achieve daily production targets while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-shift injection molding production operations.
• Achieve daily and weekly production targets as per production plans.
• Optimize manpower allocation across production lines.
• Monitor machine utilization and minimize downtime.
• Ensure adherence to in-process quality standards.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Quality teams for smooth production operations.
• Monitor production efficiency, cycle time, and machine performance.
• Maintain shift-wise production and handover reports.
• Ensure proper shop-floor discipline, safety, and 5S compliance.

Preferred Experience

• Hands-on experience in Injection Molding production operations.
• Good understanding of production planning, manpower management, machine utilization, and quality control.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with Maintenance and Quality teams.

In particular we look for people who can:

• Code backend services, ideally using Node.js or Java, or other server side compiled language.
• Design and develop Rest API with integrations to lots of external systems. Experience of GraphQL is an advantage
• Develop modern and secure web front ends, ideally using React, Express and Redux.
• Interface with No-SQL/ MongoDB or SQL based data bases (PortgresSQL).
• Deploy their code into the cloud and support it there, ideally on AWS and GitHub. Experience with kubernetes and serverless is an advantage.
• Deliver in agile manner while coding cleanly, automating testing and clean coding, simple solutions, automated testing and continuous deployment.
• Takes ownership of a feature from the original idea through to live.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Business Operations Manager to drive and streamline our D2C business operations. This role sits at the intersection of technology, supply chain, and growth,

ensuring the engine behind our website runs efficiently and scales profitably.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, tech, supply chain) and also lead a small team to execute and scale operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities

1. D2C Operations Management

● Oversee end-to-end D2C operations across Shopify, OMS, and WMS

● Ensure smooth order processing, fulfillment, and delivery flows

● Identify and fix operational bottlenecks impacting revenue

2. Platform & Systems Ownership

● Hands-on management of Shopify backend (catalog, checkout, integrations, workflows)
