You should have:

• Tech or a higher degree in computer science or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience working on the back-end development for complex distributed systems who are willing to adopt any Programming language as per the requirement.
• Familiarity with any of the following – Java, C++, Scala, Kotlin, and frameworks like Spring, Play, Hibernate, Django, etc.
• Good understanding of Algorithms, Data Structure, OOP, Design patterns, Parallel programming, Multithreading concepts & Event-Driven Systems.
• Experience with Relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or any NoSQL database.

It’s a plus if you have:

• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Worked on Micro-services architecture

Looking For Java Developer who will help Build large scale distributed systems. The ideal candidate will be a thinker and a team player with a passion for technology and with a knack for benchmarking and optimization.

• Computer Science fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, problem solving, and complexity analysis

• Must have hands on experience on coding in Core Java, multithreading, concurrency and collection.

Good knowledge of Microservices.

• Knowledge of professional software engineering practices. Understanding of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews.

• Strong technical Design and Development skills

• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a dynamic environment.

• Agility to switch across multiple teams/ products/ applications and perform

• Experience in translating requirements into technical design specifications and documentation, as well as executing development projects from conception to delivery

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Experience range – 4 to 7 years

• Good understanding of software engineering practices, SDLC.
• Strong in analytical, design and problem-solving skills, with a strong desire to create new things, dive in wherever there’s a need and learn new things
• Hands-on experience in Java / J2EE application development using open-source frameworks like Spring.
• Experience in unit test frameworks like JUnit
• Need to optimize code and test programming modules
• Excellent Object-Oriented Analysis & Design skills.
• Must have experience in Software design using design patterns. Exposure to technical solutions will be an advantage
• Must have experience in relational database technologies with experience on databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead a team of 4- 8 engineers closely with complete authority and accountability to deliver high-quality software products in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead your team to design and develop applications based on Microservices architecture.
• Guide your team members on the latest technologies including Java, Spring, Spring-Boot, Angular, Hibernate, Redis, Hazelcast, Bootstrap, jQuery etc.
• Leverage development tools including AWS, GIT, Nginx, Jira, Confluence, Jenkins etc.
• Collaborate with other technical managers, architects, and product owners to build an integrated enterprise-class software product suite
