Job Description: -

Looking forward to onboard a committed Product Manager who is motivated enough to combine his analytical, communication and managerial skills in order to administer our customers in the best possible manner. The product manager would be responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support teams to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction

What you will do:-

You are required to:

1. Responsible for the full product lifecycle, from writing specifications, working across multidisciplinary teams: design, art, and engineering to launch core features within our existing and new products

2. Manage the planning, scoping, execution and delivery across multiple projects

3. Over viewing the technical implementation of product development

4. Defining the product architecture, modules, interfaces, and data for a system to satisfy specified requirements

5. Exhibit sound product discernment, ability to formulate product strategy and present clear measurable objectives that will lead to achieving our business goals

6. Expected to provide valuable input into business cases based on in-depth data analysis and demonstrate how that analysis impacts key product metrics

7. Run prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, technical constraints and business drivers

8. Expected to develop a deep understanding of our users: their problems, their needs, their desires

9. Creating product design prototypes

10. Writing and building rich content/user manuals help guides and documents

11. Leading and interacting with cross-functional teams, including product design and engineering

2. Technical Background with 1+ year of experience in the software industry, in roles relevant to project/ program management

3. Experience in working with software development with scrum methodology and Agile framework

4. Work experience on the IT industry is preferred

5. Good exposure to SaaS based tools

6. Hands on experience on Jira, Confluence or any other product management tools

7. Quick grasping and self-learning skills

8. Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Strong experience in Core Java, Multi-Threading, data structures (List/Map/Set) and unit testing with (Junit, Mockito)
• Strong experience with Spring Framework (Spring MVC, Spring REST, Spring Data), ORM frameworks (JPA, Hibernate) and RDBMS (Oracle/MySQL/Postgres)
• Strong experience in applying Object-Oriented design principles and Design Patterns
• Good knowledge of Multi-Tier architecture, Micro Services architecture and Service Oriented Architecture 
• Exposure to AWS Cloud, NoSQL Database (Mongo, Cassandra), Message Broker (Active
• MQ/RabbitMQ/Apache Kafka) and Big Data Technologies (Hadoop/Hive/Spark)
• Additionally, must possess capability to review code, produce technical specification document
• and knowledge of code quality tools (PMD/FindBugs/Sonar)

Upto 3 years of experience in Angular.

Experience of Linux

Experience using Python or Shell scripting (for Automation) 

Hands-on experience with Implementation of CI/CD Processes 

Experience working  with one cloud platforms (AWS or Azure or Google) 

Experience working with configuration management tools such as Ansible & Chef 

Experience working with   Containerization tool Docker.

Experience working with Container Orchestration tool Kubernetes.

Experience in source Control Management including SVN and/or Bitbucket

& GitHub

Experience with setup & management of monitoring tools like Nagios, Sensu & Prometheus or any other popular tools 

Hands-on experience in Linux, Scripting Language & AWS is mandatory

Troubleshoot and Triage development, Production issues

Responsibilities:

• Works as part of a team to continually refresh and enhance our users’ web experiences using an Agile Development Methodology. 

• Build and ship features with an understanding of Javascript, CSS and HTML best practices.

• Coordinate with back-end engineers to provide a cohesive experience.

Must-Have:

• 2+ years of extensive exposure in developing web applications using the latest front-end technologies

• Expertise in the following area:

• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and JS frameworks, such as jQuery,

• Responsive & Adaptive web design

• CSS frameworks like SASS/LESS

• Able to work both independently and in a team environment.

• Adequate knowledge of Version Control Systems like Git

• Prior hands-on experience with Drupal Projects.

• Designing And Implementing Applications
• Developing And Testing Software

Position Title: Embedded Software Developer (Linux Driver Development)

Experience: 4 - 10 Years

Mode of Hire: Permanent, Deployed at Client Location.

Work Location: Hyderabad

Notice Period: Max. 20 - 30 Days (Early Joiners will be preferable).

What we are looking for?

Must Have:

• Should have strong proficiency in C, C++ and Embedded Systems (embedded C)
• Should have 4+ years of experience in Linux Driver Development, Application development
• Excellent debugging skills at kernel and user space and exposure to different debugging tools
• High level understanding of ARM & RISC (Instructions) OR MB Processor and Assembly Programming

Good to Have:

• Any Driver development exposure in Multimedia, Exposure to any one of the Linux Kernel Framework (Display, Camera Drivers, HDMI, GPU, MIPI, DRM framework, V4L2, etc.)
