About the Role

We're looking for an exceptional senior technical recruiter to join our Bangalore team. This role will be in office 3-4 days a week (hybrid).

Our ideal candidate has:

• Previously sourced candidates for top venture backed startups.
• Sourced software engineer candidates for AI engineering roles.
• Sourced from top engineering schools (ex: IIT, IIIT, etc).
• Managed internal HR needs in addition to sourcing and interviewing candidates.

• Excited to join as the first HR hire for a rapid growing AI startup and establish our recruiting + HR org from the ground up!

• 1-5 years of experience in Java Development.
• Very good with DSA - Java programming.
• Hands-on experience in working with REST APIs & Web Services.
• Good Database design skills - SQL
• Write well-designed, testable, efficient code.
• Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle.

Expertise & Hands on experience with the following:

• Creating new infrastructure from scratch
• Excellent working experience of LAN, WAN management and network devices
• Linux Server installation and drivers installations configuration
• Network troubleshooting in both windows, linux environments.
• Troubleshooting of WiFi Networks
• Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, and VPNs.
• Perform network diagnostics using tools such as Wireshark, tcpdump, and SNMP.
• Investigate security incidents and implement measures to mitigate risks. ○ Participate in on-call rotation to provide support for network emergencies.
• Working experience to manage the complex network infrastructure.
• Experience to do automation to manage network devices using scripting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve network issues.
• Cisco CCNA or equivalent certification is a plus.

• Have been involved in the delivery of at least five Microsoft Dynamics CRM projects. 
• 3+ Years of custom development experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365.
• Experience in Sales and Service modules.
• Experience in .NET, C#, ASP.NET & JavaScript programming. 
• Experience in building canvas app, model driven app and power automate flows is required.
• Proven experience in consulting on software products, business analysis & requirements gathering. 
• Proficiency in developing plug-in & workflow assemblies. 
• Understanding of SQL Server 2016. Able to customize CRM forms, views, workflows, business rules, charts, & dashboards.

· Regularly monitor competitor social media sites and create competitor analysis reports

· Contribute to the company blog

· Assist with social media performance reports

· Engage with social media users and respond to any mentions over Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest etc.

· Writing effective SEO content for blogs, websites and social media accounts.

· Coordination with the digital marketing team to report findings and recommendations.

Qualifications:

· Graduates with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience.

· Outgoing and easy to work with.

· Substantial social media presence.

· Ambitious and hardworking.

· Knowledge of tools for designing and video editing is an added advantage.

· Excellent communication skills

Job Responsibilities:

• Building and scaling web products that directly impact our customers and partners.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and implement the same.
