KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Hands-On Technical Engagement :

• Remain deeply embedded in the technical work participate in design reviews, architecture decisions, and critical code reviews
• Set and uphold the engineering quality bar : performance benchmarks, security standards, test coverage, and release quality
• Provide technical direction on backend platform strategy, API design, service decomposition, and data architecture
• Identify and resolve systemic technical debt and architectural risks across team-owned services
• Unblock engineers by diving into complex problems debugging, pair programming, and system analysis when it matters
• Own key technical decisions in collaboration with Tech Leads and Principal Engineers; balance pragmatism with long-term sustainability

2. AI Adoption, Integration & Transformation (2026 Mandate) :

• Define and execute the team's AI adoption roadmap - from developer tooling to product-facing AI features
• Champion the integration of GenAI tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT) across the full engineering workflow coding, testing, documentation, incident response
• Embed LLM-powered capabilities into the product : recommendation engines, intelligent search, conversational interfaces, content generation, and predictive systems
• Lead evaluation and adoption of AI-assisted SDLC practices : automated code review, AI-generated test suites, intelligent observability, and anomaly detection
• Partner with Data Science and ML Platform teams to productionise ML models with robust MLOps pipelines
• Build team literacy in prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and AI agent frameworks
• Create an experimentation culture : run structured AI pilots, measure productivity impact, and scale what works
• Stay ahead of the AI tooling landscape and advise senior leadership on strategic AI investments and engineering implications

3. People Leadership & Team Development :

• Lead, manage, and grow squads of 6 - 15 engineers across seniority levels (L2 through L6 / Junior through Staff)
• Conduct structured 1 : 1s, career growth conversations, and development planning with every direct report
• Design and execute personalised AI upskilling programmes ensure every engineer develops practical AI fluency by end of 2026
• Build and maintain a high-performance team culture : clarity of ownership, accountability, fast feedback loops, and psychological safety
• Drive performance management fairly and rigorously recognise top performers, manage underperformance constructively
• Lead technical hiring end-to-end : define job requirements, conduct bar-raising interviews, and make data-driven hire decisions
• Contribute to engineering career frameworks and level definitions in partnership with the VP / Director of Engineering

4. Engineering Delivery & Execution Excellence :

• Own end-to-end delivery for multiple product squads from planning and scoping through production release and post-launch stability
• Implement and refine agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Shape Up) calibrated to squad needs and product cadence
• Drive predictable delivery : maintain healthy sprint velocity, manage WIP limits, and ensure dependency resolution across teams.
• Establish and own engineering KPIs : DORA metrics (deployment frequency, lead time, MTTR, change failure rate), uptime SLOs, and velocity trends
• Lead incident management : build blameless post-mortem culture, own RCA processes, and drive systemic reliability improvements
• Balance technical debt repayment with feature velocity negotiate prioritisation transparently with Product leadership

5. Strategic Leadership & Cross-Functional Influence :

• Serve as the primary engineering partner for Product, Design, Data, and Business stakeholders translate ambiguity into executable engineering plans
• Participate in quarterly roadmap planning, capacity forecasting, and OKR definition for engineering teams
• Represent engineering in leadership forums articulate technical constraints, risks, and opportunities in business terms
• Contribute to org-wide engineering strategy : platform investments, build-vs-buy decisions, and shared infrastructure priorities
• Build relationships across geographies (Mumbai HQ + distributed teams) to maintain alignment and delivery cohesion
• Act as a culture carrier and ambassador for engineering excellence, innovation, and responsible AI use

Experience :

• 10 to 14 years of progressive engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a formal Engineering Manager or equivalent people-leadership role

• Hands-on backend engineering background must be able to read, write, and critique production code

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst/ERP Functional Consultant to work directly with clients, gathering and validating business requirements and mapping them to Odoo ERP functionalities. The role involves conducting GAP analyses, configuring Odoo applications, and delivering user training both remotely and on-site. The consultant will participate in project meetings, track deliverables, and provide ongoing support and guidance on best practices for using Odoo ERP effectively.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide Odoo ERP Functional Consulting expertise utilizing industry experience, strong knowledge of various business domains, business analysis, best practices, and a pragmatic mindset to facilitate our customer’s most complex business requirements.
• Prepare a detailed scope of work(SOW) resulting from personalization sessions to our customers in the pre-sales phase to provide proposed solutions for the customer’s business requirements.

• Provide architectural direction and guidance to all staff from pre-sales through the delivery cycle specifically for the use of the Odoo ERP Business Applications.
• Design and define customizations and integration requirements in collaboration with Application Developers (Technical Team) for delivering solutions to automate business processes.
• Manage the full life cycle of Odoo ERP Implementation and Testing phases.

• Translate business requirements to our technical team members and translate technology solutions from our technical team to the customers.
• Create functional requirements as an input to application design.
• Conduct Cut-over, Go-Live processes, and assists the technical staff by testing the behaviour of the system.
• Supervise, Mentor, and Train junior consultants and business analysts on application and implementation methodology.
• Conduct business process mapping and requirements gathering sessions (workshops) with new customers to determine configuration requirements both on-site and remote.
• Document the settings/configurations and prepare proper guidelines that allow other consultants to do further changes or repairs with due efforts. 
• Ensure proper training is given to the end-users and that the new system is usable, performing appropriately and the business flow is complete and correct.

We are looking for a Senior Test Engineer who will work closely with the project team members and ensure the quality of the delivery.

• Develop automated tests for product validation (regression and integration).
• Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures (manual and automated).
• Integrate and execute automated tests in CI/CD environments
• Troubleshoot, and improve existing automation scripts
• Act as a lead team member as the team grows, providing support and training to other team members
• Execute test cases against various software applications and document the results
• Perform ad hoc testing of new and existing features to ensure they meet design requirements, quality,

    and usability standards

• Follow-up with and document resolution of bugs
• Maintain test cases for manual and automated tests
• Communicate defects to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

• Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in a diverse technology environment in a Quality Assurance role
• Experience developing testing strategies and test plans
• Experience creating and executing automated end-to-end tests, using tools such as Selenium,

    Cucumber, or other automation frameworks

• Exposure to ‘Leapwork’ is good to have. Expertise on Java, OOPS Concepts
• Good understanding of software development lifecycles
• Ability to work in multiple application environments

• Perform and/or coordinate scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repairs
• Perform maintenance including troubleshooting and repair of CNC and manual manufacturing equipment
• Perform and or coordinate scheduled and unscheduled maintenance/repairs of production support and facilities equipment, i.e. air compressors, fire extinguishing and sprinkler systems, forklifts, lifting equipment, HVAC system and filtration systems.
• Install and/or oversee the installation and commissioning of new equipment. Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain all new and existing production and production support equipment.
• Coordinate third party maintenance and support activities.
• Work with departments to ensure maintenance activities are performed in alignment with production schedules.
• Initiate and maintain records within the maintenance electronic tracking system and write SOP’s as required.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures for performing maintenance activities are in place and comply with all State and Federal requirements.
• Follow all building code requirements.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and secure work area
• Support 5S, lean and continuous improvement activities.
