To accelerate our growth, we're looking for a bold, creative & persistent Business Development Representative (BDR/SDR) to open new logos in US/Canada and scale our proven plays.

You’ll own outbound prospecting—target account research, multi-channel outreach, and meeting generation—working closely with founders and AEs, with room to experiment and iterate fast.

Specs

• Role: BDR (first India -> later North America)
• Outbound prospecting, cold calls, ABM, meeting generation
• Direct role with the founders
• Location: Gurugram (in-office, not remote)

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

• Book meetings for AEs
• Build and prioritize target account lists across retail/QSR
• Run cold outreach across calls, email, and LinkedIn
• Personalize at scale for apparel, QSR, footwear, jewelry, auto retail
• Clear up CRM tasks on a daily basis -> hit weekly meeting targets
• Mine events, webinars, and referral channels for outbound triggers
• Feed market intel back to refine ICP, messaging, and campaigns

Roles:

• Design & implement Backend Services.
• Able to redesign the architecture.
• Designing & implementation of application in MVC & Microservice.
• 9+ years of experience developing service-based applications using Node.js.
• Expert-level skills in developing web applications using JavaScript, CSS and HTML5.
• Experience working on teams that practice BDD (Business Driven Development).

Role Overview

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with 2 – 5 years of experience working on AWS-based production systems. This role strictly requires hands-on experience managing production databases (MongoDB / SQL).

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain AWS infrastructure with focus on availability, security, and cost.
• Deploy and operate Kubernetes (EKS) clusters and containerized applications in production.
• Manage and scale production databases (backup, replication, performance tuning, upgrades).
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
• Manage MongoDB or SQL in high-scale environments.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting.
• Handle production incidents, on-call support, and RCA.
• Automate ops tasks using Bash / Python.

Requirements:

• 2 – 5 years of DevOps experience.
• Hands-on experience managing production databases (MongoDB or SQL).
• Strong AWS & Kubernetes (EKS) experience in production.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins / GitLab CI / GitHub Actions / ArgoCD), Terraform, Linux and networking fundamentals.
• Scripting: Bash / Python.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Experience with MongoDB is preferred, though candidates with solid SQL database experience will also be considered.

We are looking for an AI / Machine Learning Engineer with strong AWS experience to design, develop, and deploy ML models in a cloud-native environment.

Responsibilities:

- Build ML models for fraud detection and anomaly detection

- Work with transactional and behavioral data

- Deploy models on AWS (S3, SageMaker, EC2/Lambda)

- Build data pipelines and inference workflows

- Integrate ML models with backend APIs

Requirements:

- Strong Python and Machine Learning experience

- Hands-on AWS experience

- Experience deploying ML models in production

• Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size, and style and submitting them for approval.

• Preparing finished art by operating necessary equipment and software.

• Coordinating with web designers, marketing, printers, and colleagues as necessary.

• Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.

• Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites with software such as Photoshop.

• Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary

  * Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop and Illustrator Adobe XD.
  * A strong eye for visual composition.

  * Able to give and receive constructive criticism.

  * Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.Knowledge of Video Editing preferable (Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effect)
