Job Summary:

We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our product initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver innovative and customer-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch
• Define and execute the product roadmap for the E-commerce platform, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Lead the development and enhancement of core platform features, including product discovery, checkout, payments, and post-purchase experience.
• Work closely with Technology, UX/UI, marketing, and analytics teams to improve user experience and optimize conversion rates.
• Analyze customer behavior, competitive insights, and industry trends to drive data-driven product decisions.
• Implement AI/ML-driven personalization, recommendation engines, and dynamic pricing strategies.
• Work on mobile-first optimizations and PWA enhancements for better performance and reach.
• Manage A/B testing, usability testing, and iterative improvements to drive continuous growth.
• Stay updated on E-commerce innovations, payment trends, and customer experience best practices.

Preferred skills and qualifications

• Demonstrable knowledge of SEM (search engine marketing) and online advertising
• Certified Product Manager (CPM) or New Product Development (NPD) Professional Certification a plus.
• Experience with Agile methodologies & Product analytic tools.

1. PHP Devops (AM – PHP/Devops)

• Web developer ( PHP - Android / DevOps )
• Must have 3 years of PHP team lead experience
• Must have good experience in PHP and its MVC frameworks
• Experience in MySQL(5.6+) tuning and management
• Experience in developing Continuous Integration/ Continuous Delivery pipelines (CI/ CD). Must have good knowledge and experience of DevOps tools like Jenkins , GitLab , Sonarqube etc
• Knowledge of Low Code & No code Mobile Application Development Platform for rapid development , testing & deployment for enterprise mobile application will be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge in web and mobile cybersecurity will be preferred.
• Awareness of various automated testing tools like selenium, j Meter, Unit Testing will be of added advantage
• Should have worked on large scale enterprise application
• Experience in Linux web server management
• Required to have excellent business analysis and system design skills with UI/UX
• Experience in Project and team management

Role & Responsibilities

• Understand project specifications and develop work planning schedule for projects.

• Prepare cash flow timeline for various projects.

• Generate Daily, Weekly, Monthly Progress Reports.

• Keep a track of time overrun and cost overrun.

• Keep a track of the project and flag short falls.

• Prepare plan for the Execution team.

• Coordination with site team to ensure smooth running of the project.

• Prepare micro plan.

• Preparation of Site Logistic Plan.

• Preparation of Master project Schedule

• Preparation of Cash flow.

• Resource Planning (Man, Material, Machinery)

• Schedule Tracking

• Preparing MIS Reports

• Preparing Delay Analysis, Hindrance report.

• Should be proficient in using Primavera(P6) & MS Project software.

• Should have good working knowledge of design, procurement and construction/ field services workflow processes.

• Should have the ability to work independently in a multidisciplinary team environment.

• Experience in Pro-Services Cost Controls & Monitoring would be an added advantage.

Requirement

• Candidates working in the construction industry are preferred.
• 4-5 years of relevant experience.
• E. / B.Tech Civil.

• Create content to be used for blog posts, social media, press releases, and other platforms.

• Research industry-related topics.

• Collaborate/coordinate with the marketing team to prepare various marketing collateral and communications for both public and internal use.

• Compose and develop content for all communication channels and across mediums (digital, print, web).

• Learn the functions of internally developed software to write end-user documentation (such as online help, quick reference guides, and release notes).
  REQUIREMENTS-

• Should have a good understanding of SEO best practices to increase traffic to the company website.

• Must have a flair for creative writing

• 1-3 years experience in content writing for a B2B company

• Knowledge of tools like Grammarly or equivalent, Keyword research tools

• Knowledge of content distribution is preferred
