Salesforce developer

Role Summary

We are seeking a Full-Stack Developer to build and secure features for our Therapy Planning Software (TPS), which integrates with RMS/RIS, EMR systems, devices (DICOM, Bluetooth, VR, robotics, FES), and supports ICD–ICF–ICHI coding. The role involves ~40% frontend and 60% backend development, with end-to-end responsibility for security across application layers.

Responsibilities

Frontend (40%)

1. Build responsive, accessible UI in React + TypeScript (or Angular/Vue).
2. Implement multilingual (i18n/l10n) and WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards.
3. Develop offline-capable PWAs for home programs.
4. Integrate REST/FHIR APIs for patient workflows, scheduling, and reporting.
5. Support features like voice-to-text, video capture, and compression.

Backend (60%)

1. Design and scale REST APIs using Python (FastAPI/Django).
2. Build modules for EMR storage, assessments, therapy plans, and data logging.
3. Implement HL7/FHIR endpoints and secure integrations with external EMRs.
4. Handle file uploads (virus scanning, HD video compression, secure storage).
5. Optimize PostgreSQL schemas and queries for performance.
6. Implement RBAC, MFA, PDPA compliance, edit locks, and audit trails.

Security Layer (Ownership)

1. Identity & Access: OAuth2/OIDC, JWT, MFA, SSO.
2. Data Protection: TLS, AES-256 at rest, field-level encryption, immutable audit logs.
3. Compliance: PDPA, HIPAA principles, MDA requirements.
4. DevSecOps: Secure coding (OWASP ASVS), dependency scanning, secrets management.
5. Monitoring: Logging/metrics (ELK/Prometheus), anomaly detection, DR/BCP preparedness.

Requirements

• Strong skills in Python (FastAPI/Django) and React + TypeScript.
• Experience with HL7/FHIR, EMR data, and REST APIs.
• Knowledge of OAuth2/JWT authentication, RBAC, audit logging.
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL and database optimization.
• Cloud deployment (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/K8s) a plus.

Added Advantage

• Familiarity with ICD, ICF, ICHI coding systems or medical diagnosis workflows.

Success Metrics

• Deliver secure end-to-end features with clinical workflow integration.
• Pass OWASP/ASVS L2 security baseline.
• Establish full audit trail and role-based access across at least one clinical workflow.

Looking to create a token on the blockchain for our Taxi App. Also want to create our own payment gateway like a cash app or Venmo. Would like for our Taxi app to accept payment via crypto.

HRBP

1. Advise managers on organizational policy matters and recommend needed changes.
2. Analyze statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems and develop recommendations for improvement of the organization's HR policies and practices.
3. Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee separation.
4. Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning HR-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates.
5. Administer disciplinary procedures.
6. Plan and conduct new employee orientation and induction programs to foster a positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
7. Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates and employee relations.
8. Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.
9. Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.
10. Administer employee recognition awards.
11. Plan, organize, direct and coordinate the training activities of the organization.
12. Responsible for the successful implementation, monitoring and coordinating of all the activities regarding HR Software.
13. Preparation and maintenance of MIS related to Attrition.
14. Administer performance management systems and recreation programs.

• Required 4+ years of experience in Java.
• Hands on professional experience using Core Java, Java Restful APIs, Gradle, Spring, Spring Boot and related frameworks.
• Hands on experience creating/consuming web services and data Data queries in SQL
• 2+ years’ experience of working with geographically dispersed teams, that fall across different time zones
• Experience with distributed architecture including web services and technologies
• Developing POCs
• Working knowledge of JIRA or other ALM tools to create a productive, high quality development environment

• Ability to research w.r.t features, UX, functionalities and finally testing before being rolled out.

Job Requirements

• Familiarity with all stages of product development life cycle.
• Extensive experience in writing codes, deep understanding of platform architecture, ability to design & develop solutions & knack towards problem solving.
• Deep engineering skills in various technology stacks, ability to handle big data concepts, keen to work in IIOT & machine data domain.  
• Ability to effectively present ideas & communicate with team members within & outside organization, ability to write routine reports and correspondence and ability to speak confidently & effectively before groups of customers or other Donaldson colleagues.
• We are happy to have a technology geek take this position as long as s/he is able to align the product roadmap to organization’s growth roadmap.
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Effective written and verbal skills in English Language are mandatory.
• This is a global role and the candidate may be required to travel to Smart Ship Hub’s different delivery centres.

Experience Requirements & Educational Qualification

• Atleast 5 years of proven product engineering experience. Must have: managed product life cycle, knowledge of product roadmap, extensive coding experience.
• Should be open to working in Disruptive Application Design domain, IIOT, Smart Sensors, Big data

• Create content marketing campaigns to drive leads and subscribers 
• Regularly produce various content types, including email, social media posts, and blogs
• Actively manage and promote our blog, and pitch articles to relevant third-party platforms

Skills-

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism or related field
• Knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, email marketing, and social media marketing (Preferred)
• Excellent writing skills, as well as the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively
