Job DescripƟon: ResponsibiliƟes:
Lead the design and implementaƟon of Salesforce soluƟons tailored to Provider Network
Management.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translaƟng them
into technical specificaƟons.
Should work as liaison/connector among external stakeholder (Providers), Internal
(Business/Sales/Market) and Technical teams (Dev/QA/BSA).
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentaƟon, including soluƟon design,
configuraƟon, and user guides.
Ensure the scalability and performance of Salesforce soluƟons, opƟmizing for efficiency and
effecƟveness.
Provide expert guidance on Salesforce best pracƟces, ensuring compliance with industry
standards and regulaƟons.
Conduct regular system audits and prepare for Salesforce releases, ensuring seamless
integraƟon and minimal disrupƟon.
Mentor and train junior team members, fostering a culture of conƟnuous learning and
improvement.
QualificaƟons:
10+ years of experience in Salesforce implementaƟon.
Strong Omnistudio Exp is must.
Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect, with a focus on Provider Network Management.
Very strong knowledge in Provider domain (provider contracƟng with Payor – RecruiƟng,
CredenƟaling, ContracƟng, Onboarding & Ongoing)
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Health Cloud and related technologies.
Strong understanding of healthcare industry standards, including HIPAA and HL7.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
ExcepƟonal communicaƟon and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effecƟvely
with stakeholders at all levels.
Salesforce cerƟficaƟons
(e.g., Salesforce CerƟfied Technical Architect, Salesforce CerƟfied
Health Cloud Consultant) are highly desirable.
Good-to-have Skills:
Experience with integraƟon tools such as MuleSoŌ.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools like ADO (Azure Devops)
Knowledge of data migraƟon and ETL processes.
Ability to stay current with the latest Salesforce updates and industry trends.
