Internship Title: Website Operations Intern

Description:

The Website Operations Intern will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the CityHangAround platform. The intern will support website management activities including reviewing business listings, organizing categories, monitoring customer orders, and ensuring the platform runs smoothly. This role requires attention to detail, coordination with internal teams, and maintaining accurate information on the website.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and approve business listings on the CityHangAround website
• Manage and update category listings on the platform
• Monitor and track customer orders on the website
• Ensure listings and information on the platform are accurate and updated
• Coordinate with internal teams for listing updates and issue resolution
• Assist in maintaining smooth daily operations of the website

Job Description Essential Functions:

• Financial analysis knowledge
• Excellent English to enable customer communication (Written and Verbal)
• Ability to handle any customer interaction professional and with a service-oriented attitude
• Reliable and precise work style, even under time pressure
• Excel / PowerPoint Skills.
• Experience in telecom industry is a plus

Required Skills:

• Inventory Management - In-depth knowledge of Inventory and components for building Telecom Inventory.
• Should have worked on Inventory creation for a minimum period of 2-3 years for both Voice and Data service.
• Good knowledge on Vendor portal for various global Telecom vendors.
• Should be able to work as an individual contributor.
• Should have experience on client engagements.
• Good knowledge on Vendor reports and CSRs
• Good Communication is must.
• Good understanding on Telecom products and services.
• Additional knowledge of Wireless is a plus

Soft skills:

• Good communication skills (Written & Oral)

• Experience – 10+yrs 
• Successfully handle Mobile application projects( iOS , Android , Phone gap) and web projects.

Responsibilities:

• Client Management & wireframe design
• Resource Management related to the client projects iOS, Android, PhoneGap developers & designers
• Project execution and reporting to management  team on daily bases.
• Project execution related SRS.
• Co-ordinate with senior management of company.
• Facilitate buy vs build decision in the organization and engage with vendor management/ sales Dept. to prepare RFI/RFP, 
• Develop Maintains and manages details project plans, Actionable items and major milestone for all the project assigned.
• Provides research and assistance to leadership in the development and design of new projects
• Manages project status and information in the form of formal briefings, project update meetings, and written, electronic, and graphic reports
• Serve as primary point-of-contact for time-sensitive and critical matters such as executive/management/supervisor escalations

• Ability to collaborate with technology resources on projects given solid understanding of current internet technologies and trends
• Strong project management and delivery processes/methodology skill sets - knowledge of Agile project management methodology and PMP

Thingworx Developer/Sr Developer

Required experience range between 3-6 years.

· Thingworx Navigate experience desired

· Languages - Java, JavaScript & CSS

· Experience in Core Java, Java collections & Oops Concept

· Databases – MySQL, MS-SQL

· Having good working knowledge with XML, JSON.

· Design and Application development using Thingworx version - (8.2,8.5,9.X)

· ThingWorx service creation using JavaScript

· Develop ThingWorx extension using Java

· ThingWorx service creation using Java Extension

· ThingWorx mashups design and development

· Data storage in ThingWorx - Stream/Value Stream/Data Tables

· Integration with source/target system using REST API, data Files.

· Familiar with Agile Methodologies (SCRUM)

· Thingworx Integration with 3rd apps preferred and will be added advantage
