Job Description
As our project manager, your job will be to coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. You will be the go-to person for
everything involving a project’s organization and timeline. One should be able to develop detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation and delivering every project on time within budget and scope.Project managers should have a background in IT skills, management, budgeting and analysis.
You should be an excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks. you also need to be a team player and have a problem-solving aptitude.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring Technical Feasibility.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Requirements and skills:
• Great educational background, preferably in the field of IT.
• Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector.
• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software
development and web technologies.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus

About the Role
We’re on the lookout for a QA Automation Lead who’s more than just a tester — someone who can take ownership of the product, ensure flawless delivery, and bring fresh, logical thinking to the table. If you enjoy building automation frameworks, validating APIs, and shaping product quality end-to-end, this is your playground.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end testing of our digital product — functional, API, integration, and automation testing.
- Design, build, and maintain automation frameworks (JavaScript-based) for UI and API automation.
- Create and execute API test suites (Postman/Newman, REST-assured, or similar); validate contract and integration flows.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product, and business teams to identify gaps and improve product logic.
- Manage testing and release cycles in AWS environments and ensure smooth deployments.
- Conduct regression, UAT, performance, and security-focused tests where applicable.
- Maintain detailed documentation for test cases, API specs, and release reports.
- Mentor/guide any junior QA resources and help embed test automation best practices across the team.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–6 years of experience in QA automation or testing leadership.
- Hands-on with JavaScript, and automation tools/frameworks.
- Strong experience in API testing & automation (Postman, Newman, REST-assured, or equivalent).
- Familiarity with AWS cloud infrastructure and CI/CD testing integrations.

Keep the manual test cases updated;
Come up with testing procedures to validate functional, system, and performance requirements for new features;
Ensuring the quality of releases for the features by running the test cases and reporting them;
Work with the Customer Support team to reproduce customer problems and provide solutions;
Set up test environments as required, services and databases;
Write and maintain automated test suites for functional and performance testing;
Participate in the product feature specification with Product Managers, UX engineers and developers to understand the test the same;
Design & build automation smoke, feature & regression tests;
Prepare Automation Test Plans for Service Level Tests, Integration Tests and UI tests as needed;
Write feature use cases in BDD to drive the creation of automated test cases;
Participate in Release/Iteration planning, smoke, feature and regression test planning.
Requirements:
Hands on experience in java, selenium, CI tools like Cucumber / BDD, Jenkins, Maven, GITHub etc.,
Strong skills in automation test framework development using Selenium;
Highly motivated self-starter with a desire to help others and take action;
Experience with one or more programming languages: C#, Java, Node.JS/JavaScript, Go, Python;
At least 2 year of experience in QA automation;
Excellent written and communication skills;
Exposure to API Testing and performance testing using JMeter will be a plus.

Technical Support Representative (Internet Connectivity)
Under general supervision, in a 24/7 inbound call center environment, Technical Support Representatives will provide technical and network problem resolution to end-users (customers) by performing a question diagnosis while guiding users through step-by-step solutions. Solutions include, but are not limited to, uninstalling/reinstalling basic software applications, verifying proper hardware and software set up, assisting with navigating around application menus and troubleshooting. Support will be provided by clearly communicating technical solutions in a user-friendly, professional manner. Representatives will perform related work as required.
Duties and Tasks/Essential Functions:
- Deliver service and support to end-users using and operating automated call distribution phone software.
- Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services.
- Gather customer’s information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the symptoms;
- Working knowledge of networking, DSL, VDSL, VOIP, Cable internet, Router, switch, Sip configuration;
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues involving internet connectivity, IPTV, VOIP, basic trouble shooting and more;
- Need to know only basic trouble shooting of Domestic routers, Mac ID and windows.
- Knowledge about DNS, Basic network trouble shooting
- Research required information using available resources;
- Follow standard processes and procedures;
- Offer alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining customers
- Organize ideas and communicate oral messages appropriate to listeners and situations;
- Follow up and make scheduled call backs to customers where necessary;
- Stay current with system information, changes and updates.
Senior Technical Support Representative (Internet Connectivity)
For Level 1.2 Technicians:
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree, and Major is related to Computer science or Networking.
- Understanding the DSL Technology and familiar with Modem/Router connections.
- Ability to read/speak/write English fluent and no accent issue for communication.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to use the basic DOS Command for network trouble shooting.
- Ability to empathize and professionally troubleshoot and resolve customer’s issues.
- Fast learner and always willing to follow up the request from Management.
- Backgrounds of networking trouble shoot.
- Working experience of Networking/VOIP service/IPTV.
- Ability to troubleshoot with DSL Modem/ Dual Band wifi Router Setup and configuration.
