Job Title : Graphic Designer – Short Video Content Creator

Location : On-site – Gurgaon & Ghaziabad

Experience : 2+ Years

Working Days: Monday to Friday/Saturday

Job Summary :

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer with a strong focus on short video content creation for digital and social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in both graphic design and video editing, with the ability to ideate, shoot, and edit engaging short-form video content.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design visually compelling graphics for digital, web, and social media platforms.
• Create and edit short-form videos (Reels, Stories, YouTube Shorts, Ads, etc.).
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute campaigns.
• Develop motion graphics and basic animations as needed.
• Stay updated with design trends, social media formats, and video content best practices.
• Work on-site and coordinate with the team for shoots and editing sessions.

Required Skills :

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Knowledge of video editing tools (Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc. is a plus).
• Strong sense of design, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a strong portfolio of graphic and video work.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Prior experience in a similar role with a portfolio showcasing short video content.
• Knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.) and their content requirements.

big plus

Responsiblities

Own and Deliver Quarterly/Annual order booking target.

• Own and lead end to end Sales process from lead generation, lead qualification,

Proposal submission, Contract Negotiation and Closure for designated markets

• Proactively refine lead generation, lead qualification process and pitch for

engaging customers/prospects

Job Role: Python Developer

Experience: 6 to 10 Years

Location: Bangalore

Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and deploy Python applications.
• Build and maintain front-end components using JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS.
• Collaborate with teams to implement new features and optimize systems.
• Ensure code quality, security, and performance.

Required Skills:

• Strong Python experience (Django, Flask, or FastAPI).
• Proficiency in JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS.
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Git.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Bonus: RESTful APIs, AWS/Azure, CI/CD pipelines.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of testing and automation experience.
• Experience with the following coding languages: Java or Python.
• Experience with test methodologies, writing test plans, creating test cases and debugging.
• Experience in creating test strategy - Functional, Non-Functional, Analytics and automation.

          Hands-on experience for UI automation using Selenium and Appium.

• Automation experience for REST-based web services using Java, TestNG, Maven, HTTPClient, REST assured, etc.
• Good to have load test experience using Jmeter/Gatling/ Any other tool.

• Provide accurate translations of texts.
• Attend meetings to translate discussions.
• Continually take language fluency assessments to certify fluency.
• Liaise with colleagues to ensure that translations are true to the original meaning.
