Salesforce CPQ Developer

This role is of a mid-management role, reporting Head HR, and requires high level of ownership & accountability in ensuring recruitment & retention of high quality talent across the business functions.

The following are the responsibilities:
• Develop recruiting strategies as per the business requirements
• Create Job Descriptions in line with the business requirements.
• Identify the best mix of resources to source top tech talent using social media, job boards, advanced search techniques, referrals, and new age sourcing tools .
• Build and manage relationships with the recruiting agencies.
• Manage the entire recruitment life-cycle including sourcing, screening and qualifying candidates, interviews, maintaining candidate communication and negotiations.
• Hiring for all the verticals across all the levels, primarily non-tech
• Responsible for manpower planning, budget and forecast.
• Create SOP’s for recruitment and set up all hiring process.
• Lead employment branding initiatives and build and execute strategies to ensure very positive candidate experience
• Assist in employee retention and development
• Supervise, guide & train recruiting personnel
• Drive campus engagements, organize and/or attend career fairs and build brand for the company.

Position Summary

Software Engineer is responsible for software development as a member of a cross-functional delivery team. He or she works closely with product owners, business analysts, quality analysts, and other teams to design, develop, and test software solutions.

She or he will maintain the current system built using the latest technologies, including React and GraphQL, which integrates with a number of REST services. This is a full-stack web development position.


Responsibilities:


Designs, codes, debugs, optimizes, and releases both frontend and backend components as well as internal tools.
Performs code reviews of pull requests.
Works closely with QA analysts for feature and regression testing.
Writes and maintains unit, integration, and acceptance tests.
Drives continuous improvement of best practices within the development team.
Identifies and recommends where increased automation, performance enhancements, application enhancements, and quality enhancements may be incorporated.
Remains flexible and responsive to changing priorities and multiple, concurrent responsibilities.
Keeps current with emerging technologies and technological developments within the industry.

Experience and Skills:

Bachelors or 2 – 5 years of professional experience
JavaScript / Node.js
Unit, integration & acceptance testing
Git (or similar version control system)
Experience or interest in learning:
Single-page application development with React
Functional programming design experience
REST web services / microservice architecture / API Integration
Continuous integration & continuous delivery

Overall 2+ years of Android SDM/Java/Kotlin experience
• Must have strong experience working using Android Studio
• Must clearly understand compliance requirements and have experience   with successful app submission to the Playstore
• Experience with version control system like SVN, GIT
• Should have a strong understanding of git commands
