Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Science Teacher to join our faculty. The ideal candidate will inspire curiosity, foster critical thinking, and promote hands-on learning in the sciences. You will be responsible for delivering engaging science instruction aligned with curriculum standards, assessing student progress, and creating a dynamic classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality science lessons in accordance with curriculum guidelines (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Physics, General Science)
- Develop and implement lab activities and experiments to enhance student learning
- Assess, evaluate, and report on student performance through tests, assignments, and projects
- Create a safe and inclusive learning environment
- Integrate technology and innovative teaching strategies into lessons
- Participate in faculty meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress
- Manage classroom behavior and enforce school rules
