Job Title: Senior React Native Developer

Description: As a Senior React Native Developer, you will be responsible for architecting, building, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications. You will collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver solutions that align with the overall product architecture, ensuring smooth integration across different layers of the infrastructure. You will play a key role in the end to-end development process, from concept to deployment, while maintaining the highest standards of code quality.

Key Responsibilities: -

• Take ownership of the entire development lifecycle including analysis, functional decomposition, modelling, prototyping, code review, testing, deployment, and reporting for project deliverables.
• Maintain and optimize code while writing automated tests to ensure product quality and performance.
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product releases.
• Provide accurate technical effort estimates to assist in project planning and resource allocation.
• Participate in the technical recruitment process as part of the interview panel.
• Collaborate with clients, senior business leaders, and technology teams to ensure effective communication and project alignment.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5 - 8 years of experience in mobile application development.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience developing with React Native.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6), React Native, CSS, and JSON.
• Familiarity with Java and experience with both Android and iOS platforms.
• Solid understanding of the mobile ecosystem, including performance optimization and monitoring.
• Deep knowledge of Native Components, Core Components, and React Native libraries.
• Experience building scalable mobile apps, with an understanding of mobile architecture and best practices.
• Expertise in debugging, root cause analysis (RCA), and problem-solving.
• Ability to multitask effectively, manage deadlines, and work under pressure.
• Strong analytical thinking, and confidence in engaging with clients and senior stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in agile development environments.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Knowledge of mobile performance optimization techniques. Mandatory Skills:

Job Responsibilities:

- Design and develop high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems, delivering high-availability and performance.

- Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle: concept, design, build, deploy, test, release to app stores and support.

- Diagnose performance issues, fix bugs (including crashes and ANRs) to increase the functionality of the application.

- Write well designed, testable, efficient code.

- Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications

- Prepare and produce releases of software components

- Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review

Desired Profile :

B.Sc. (CS or IT) + MCA/ BCA + MCA/ B.Tech. /B.E. (CS or IT) .

Experience required- 1 - 2 years

- Subject Proficient in Java/Kotlin programming

- Knowledge and experience in Flutter Framework and DART programming

- Hands on experience in using RESTful APIs

- Hands on experience in designing and developing micro-services architecture and containers

- Object oriented analysis, UML and design using common design patterns.

- Hands on experience in development IDE Android Studio, Android SDK, Firebase Test Lab

- Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning

- Familiarity with push notifications

- Familiarity with IOS integration with Flutter

- Experience using GitHub or similar environment

- Complete understanding of SDLC

- Experience with Agile development

• Build pixel-perfect, buttery smooth UIs across both mobile platforms.
• Leverage native APIs for deep integrations with both platforms.
• Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks for performance that feels native.
• Reach out to the open-source community to encourage and help implement mission-critical software fixes—React Native moves fast and often breaks things. 
• Maintain code and write automated tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality.
• Transition existing React web apps to React Native. 

B.Tech./MCA
3+ experience as an app developer.
Proficient in Objective-C, Swift, and Cocoa Touch.
Extensive experience with iOS Frameworks such as Core Data and Core Animation.
Knowledge of iOS back-end services.
Knowledge of Apple’s design principles and application interface guidelines.
Proficient in code versioning tools including Mercurial, Git, and SVN.
Knowledge of C-based libraries.
Familiarity with push notifications, APIs, and cloud messaging.
Experience with continuous integration

Roles and Responsibilities

• Must be well versed with SWIFT & Objective C.
• Expertise in integrating RESTful web services.
• Experience working with storyboard, cocoa-touch, and auto layout.
• Hands-on experience in Cloud APIs, push notifications, social media integration, and payment integration of analytics is an added advantage.
• Experience with automated build and release process (Adhoc release, Final release).
• Has experience in using Maps API, GPS services for the iOS application.
• Experience working with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, Core Graphics, and Core Text, Core Location.
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
• Working knowledge of the general mobile orientation, architecture, trends, and emerging technologies.
• Solid understanding of the full mobile application development life cycle.
• Must have good analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter having the ability to independently acquire the knowledge required in succeeding in his job.
• Good communication skills.

Desired Candidate Profile

• The candidate should be well versed with iPhone Application development.
• Should have excellent knowledge of Swift, C++ and OOPS concepts, JSON, Cocoa, GPS, SQLite, iPhone SDK, Xcode IDE.
• The coder should be well versed in using web services, Interface Builder & Debugging tools, Google map kits, multitasking.
• Should have worked on iPhone applications that have been published on the iTunes application store.
• Live Apps.

4+ years of experience in web technologies & React Native.

Mandatory: Problem solving, Team player, Target & Result oriented Passionate about sports.

Functional: JavaScript, JavaScript Object Model, React Native, Native Build Tools, XCode and Android Studio, React Native workflows (such as Context or Redux and Redux Thunk Middleware), Maintaining Reusable Components and Libraries, Animations and Transitions, Integrate Third-Party APIs, GIT & JIRA.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coding and debugging pure JavaScript, polyglot and multi-lingual applications.
• Working closely with Technical Lead/Project Manager to ensure development timelines are met.
• Contribute with ideas to improve system design or streamline product delivery.
• Working with challenging applications involving Real-Time Data.
• Working on different platforms including the usage of the Native SDKs provided on JavaScript.
