We are looking for an experienced EdTech Recruiter with strong exposure to the UAE/GCC market. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment for B2C & B2B roles, work closely with business stakeholders, and ensure timely closure of positions aligned with organizational growth plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for EdTech roles (Sales, Operations, Customer Success, Marketing, Trainers, Corporate roles).
- Source candidates for UAE/GCC markets using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, databases, and referrals.
- Execute bulk and niche hiring for B2C/B2B EdTech roles.
