DSA Acquisition Manager - Mutual Fund product

Job Description:

- Identify, onboard, and manage Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) for financial and wealth products (e.g., loans, credit cards, MF, or other wealth product as and when promoted by the company).

- Conduct regular training and performance reviews of DSAs.

- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory norms.

- Drive DSA productivity and meet monthly acquisition targets.

- Collaborate with internal sales and operations teams to streamline onboarding.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to optimize acquisition strategy.

This profile may also include travel as the person has to bring new DSA to us

Annual Salary Package: ₹5 – ₹8 Lakhs

Age : under 35 yrs

About the role:

· Monitor relationships with existing customers through CRM systems

· Ensure the CRM system provides an effective sales funnel

· Develop and implement marketing techniques that will drive new customers

· Plan and manage Welcome Email, calls, escalations, handover/possession etc

· Suggest new methods to address customers’ needs

· Track marketing metrics and trends, like conversion rates

· Assist with organizing promotional events to reach prospective customers

Qualifications:

· Technical expertise with CRM and analytical systems

· Strong communication skills along with a customer-oriented attitude

· Graduate, MBA or PG in relevant field with 2-5 years of experience

• Gather & document requirements using tools like interviews, workshops, surveys, business process descriptions, use cases, etc.
• Interact with clients to do requirements gathering that will include the usage of various elicitation techniques like Document Analysis, Requirement Workshops, Focused Groups etc.
• Conduct business analysis and research to identify key metrics and opportunities for improvements
• Create various Scope Management Artifacts like WBS, Product Backlogs, Feature Sets, MRDs, PRDs, FRDs, Use Cases, Business Cases, User Stories etc.
• Provide vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project by leading the planning of product release plans and setting expectations for the delivery of new functionalities.
• Analyze the practicality of development requirements of new systems and upgrades to existing systems.
• Manage Project Scope and Scope creeps.
•  Raise Change Requests, interact with the Dev team and help in coming up with Impact analysis and estimates.
• Run the Capability Gaps analysis and deliver the report against it.
• Define the Business Case that can further result in Project Charter.
• Prioritize Requirements independently or in collaboration with Dev Team/Stakeholders using various prioritization techniques.
• Run a project in SCRUM Mode and write User Stories with every nitty-gritty even to a system level wherever required.
• Write and manage the scope of Jira and Confluence.
• Participate in user acceptance testing.

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role for web/mobile projects.

• Excellent documentation, verbal & written communication, and team collaboration skills.
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding presentation and leadership skills.
• Experience in iterative development methodologies like Agile.

• Work on features with end-to-end ownership of design, development, testing and take it to production.

Qualifications-

• Minimum of 1+ years of experience in Android Development
• Strong experience in Kotlin.
• Good understanding on using networking libraries like Volley, Retrofit, OKHttp and jetpack libraries
• Strong knowledge of computer science, algorithms, data structures and design patterns.
• Hands-on experience with Android’s debugging, unit testing, app security, and performance optimization tools.
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
• Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
• Proficiency at object-oriented programming and multi-threading
• Experience with data storage using SQLite, Room
• Experience in creating custom components
• Familiarity with Git and Continuous Integration
