Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹1,50,000/month (Based on experience)

About the Role:

Nova Orbit is looking for a highly capable technical operator who can build scalable systems, automate internal workflows, and strengthen backend infrastructure for a fast-growing finance and investment ecosystem focused on unlisted markets and institutional operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage full stack applications for internal tools, dashboards, and business operations
• Design scalable backend architecture with strong system design, APIs, database, and security practices
• Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure across AWS / Azure
• Automate repetitive tasks across departments including operations, CRM, finance, reporting, and customer workflows
• Build workflow automation systems, integrations, bots, and process pipelines
• Improve efficiency by reducing manual processes through technology

Required Skills:

• Strong full stack development (Frontend + Backend)
• Deep backend architecture and system design expertise
• AWS / Azure cloud deployment and infrastructure management
• Proficiency in Python, Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL
• API development, microservices, database optimization
• Automation tools like Zapier, n8n, Make, Power Automate, Selenium, or custom scripting
• Workflow design, process mapping, task automation, and RPA concepts
• DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Git
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred:

Job Description: We are seeking a talented Java Full Stack Developer to join our team.

We are solving complex technical problems in the financial industry and need talented software engineers to join our mission and be a part of a global software development team. As a Java Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise applications using Java and Angular.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, and you will work closely with Architects to ensure the technical feasibility of designs and implement them accordingly.

Required Skills: 

• Exp. - 5 to 9 years. 
• Experience in Core Java 8 and above, Spring (including Core, WebMvc, Batch, Cloud etc). 
• Extensive experience in developing enterprise-scale n-tier applications for financial domain. Should possess good architectural knowledge and be aware of enterprise application design patterns. 
• Should be able to analyze, design, develop and test complex, low-latency client-facing applications. 
• Develop user interfaces for modern web applications using Angular. 
• Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. 
• Good development experience with RDBMS, preferably DB2/Sybase databases. 
• Good knowledge of multi-threading and high-volume server-side development. 
• Basic working knowledge of Unix/Linux. 
• Excellent problem solving and coding skills in Java. 
• Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.

Good to have Skills: 

• Prior experience in investment banking / capital markets.

About the Company-

About the Internship:

selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Develop server-side/client-side applications.

2. Basic knowledge of Data structures.

3. Test and document the developed code.
4. Must have basic knowledge of any one of the following technologies -

     PHP, Javascript, Golang, Dart.

You will make an ideal candidate if you have: 

• Overall 6+  years of software development experience in building web-based and highly scalable applications 

• Excellent understanding of core computer science concepts like algorithms, data structure, system design, OOP, etc. 

• Deep knowledge and development expertise in Core Java and SpringBoot 

• Experience in using dockers and Linux.

• Hands-on coding experience in developing web applications with REST APIs

• Good understanding/exposure to Kafka and Elastic.(must have)

• Log stash understanding is add-on

• Worked in a CI/CD environment with Jenkins and handled deployments by yourself 

• Experience working in an agile team with software engineering practices like automated testing, test-driven-development, continuous integration, etc is a big plus.
