Job description:

• Ownership and accountability of establishing agile values, methods, principles, and practices for the delivery of projects and products.
• A building of a self-organized team and Facilitate agile ceremonies, e.g., product backlog refinement, preplanning, planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, retrospectives.
• Conflict’s resolution.
• Facilitates daily stand-up, iteration planning, sprint review, and iteration retrospective
• Manage the engineering development projects and facilitates sprint releases
• Create or analyze business requirements documents and project timelines
• Guides team in time estimating practices and facilitates team estimates
• Drive team iteration execution, communicates with management and stakeholders, protects
• the team from uncontrolled injection of work (changes are evaluated/intentional)
• Manage project conflicts, challenges and dynamic business requirements to keep operations
• running at a high performance
• Work with the team leads to resolve people problems and project roadblocks
• Able to do post mortem and root cause analysis to help teams continuously improve their
• practices to ensure maximum productivity
• Leads team effort in relentless improvement, define and implement improvement stories to
• increase the velocity and quality of the program
• Implement and support principles, rules and processes
• Enables the exploration of different agile approaches and Configure and maintain an agile project management tool (Scrum Desk, JIRA, etc.).
• Manage stakeholders and vendors interfaces as required for the product.
• Maintain team data in project management software (i.e. JIRA, Manuscript, etc.) to support estimates and execution
• Challenging and improving the operation of the team, improving their performance and capabilities.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owner to prepare and clarify the product backlog.

• We are looking for a front-end senior developer who is a team player and loves a fast paced working environment.
• Candidates should have a detailed understanding of React.js and its core principles.
• 2+ years of experience of working effectively with the stakeholders and also of communicating effectively with technical / development / testing team members
• Expert in HTML5, Javascript, Typescript and ES6
• Experience in using CSS/CSS3(SASS,LESS), Bootstrap
• Minimum 1+ years of hands-on experience in design and development of web applications using React JS
• Proficiency in one or more Javascript frameworks REACT JS, Angular 6/7
• Good knowledge of writing client side restful APIs
• Strong background in delivering enterprise level applications
• The ability to communicate clearly in both written and spoken English to all project participants
• The ability to manage team dynamics and use interpersonal skills to achieve the project goals
• Experience with Subversion, Github Experience identifying and remediating security vulnerabilities
• Should be well versed with test driven development and be knowledgeable on associated tools and practices
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Ability to lead by example, motivating team to produce excellent results
• Should be good with SDLC processes and agile methodologies

• B.Tech /B.E.;Any Graduation
• Strong background in statistical concepts & calculations to perform analysis/ modeling
• Proficient in SQL
• Good knowledge of Google Analytics and any other web analytics platforms (preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills to analyze large quantum of datasets
• Ability to work independently and bring innovative solutions to the team
• Experience of working with a start-up or a product organization (preferred)
