As an AI Engineer, you’ll be part of a high-caliber engineering team building next-gen AI systems that:

• Power robust APIs and platforms used by underwriters, credit analysts, and financial institutions.
• Build and integrate GenAI agents.
• Enable “human-in-the-loop” workflows for high-assurance decisions in real-world conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and optimize ML/DL models for document understanding, classification, and summarization.
• Apply LLMs and RAG techniques for validation, search, and question-answering tasks.
• Design and maintain data pipelines for structured and unstructured inputs (PDFs, OCR text, JSON, etc.).
• Package and deploy models as REST APIs or microservices in production environments.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate models into existing products and workflows.
• Continuously monitor and retrain models to ensure reliability and performance.
• Stay updated on emerging AI frameworks, architectures, and open-source tools; propose improvements to internal systems.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML model development, fine-tuning, and building ML solutions.
• Strong Python proficiency with libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
• Solid understanding of transformers, embeddings, and NLP pipelines.
• Experience working with LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc.) and frameworks like LangChain.
• Exposure to OCR, document parsing, and unstructured text analytics.
• Familiarity with model serving, APIs, and microservice architectures (FastAPI, Flask).
• Working knowledge of Docker, cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong grasp of data preprocessing, evaluation metrics, and model validation workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving ability, structured thinking, and clean, production-ready coding practices.

Requirements:

• Expert in Python, with good knowledge in Django technology.
• Able to integrate multiple data sources and databases into one system.
• Understanding of the threading limitations of Python, and multi-process architecture.
• Knowledge of user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments.
• Experience in Flask will be an add-on
• Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.
• Familiarity with event-driven programming in Python.
• Able to create database schemas that represent and support business processes.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools.
• Good communication skills.

Must Have Skill Sets :

• Should have 5+ years of experience in Mobile/web server and application development
• Mandatory: Strong development skills in Python ,Node.js, Typescript, Django Rest Framework, Linux, MongoDB
• Experience with client technologies like JavaScript, CSS3, HTML5, bootstrap, Angulars, React, Android App a plus
• Strong knowledge of data structures and computer fundamentals
• An ability to refract and understand large and separate code bases
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
• Forward-looking on potential technology choices
• Experience in building highly scalable, reliable systems

About Client : Our client is an American company that develops, manufactures and sells solar micro-inverters, energy generation monitoring software and battery energy storage products

The Back-End engineer will develop, maintain, architect & expand cloud microservices. Codebase uses Java, Spring Boot, Mongo, REST APIs, MySQL. Applications are dockerized and hosted in AWS using plethora of AWS services.

Key Responsibilities and Outcomes

• Programming in Java + Spring Boot
• REST API with JSON, XML etc. for data transfer
• Multiple database proficiency including SQL and NoSQL (Cassandra, MongoDB)
• Ability to develop both internal facing and external facing APIs using JWT and OAuth2.0
• Familiar with HA/DR, scalability, performance, code optimizations
• Experience with working with highly performance and throughput systems
• Ability to define, track and deliver items to ones own schedule
• Good organizational skills and the ability to work on more than one project at a time
• Exceptional attention to detail and good communication skills

Minimum Qualifications

• B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science from top tier college and >70% marks
• 70% or 7 CGPA throughout in education.
• Top 100 Engineering colleges only (NIRF ranking)
• Stability in job.
• Experience with SQL + NoSQL (Preferably MongoDB)
• Experience with Amazon Web Services, JIRA, Confluence, GIT, Bitbucket
• Ability to work independently and as part of a project team
• Strong organizational skills, proactive, and accountable.

• Ability to establish priorities and proceed with objectives without supervision
