Job Title: Operations Executive / Creative Executive (In-Office)

About the Role: We’re on the lookout for a detail-driven and high-energy Operations Executive or Creative Executive to join our fast-paced, in-office team in Bangalore. If you thrive in a collaborative environment, love working with content, and enjoy the buzz of handling high-volume creative workflows, this role is for you!

You'll be at the core of our video production engine, supporting the delivery of over 500 videos a month. Think of it as the backstage pass to a content powerhouse, where no two days are the same, and every project matters.

What You’ll Do: � �

Operations Support

● Keep the day-to-day video operations running like clockwork.

● Track and manage content through all stages of production.

● Maintain organized logs and documentation for all creative output.

Creative Coordination

● Help uphold brand guidelines and timelines.

● Review content for basic quality control before it goes live.

Workflow Management

● Support and scale the production of 500+ videos/month.

● Use task management tools to schedule, assign, and follow up on production pipelines.

● Spot potential bottlenecks early and solve them before they escalate.

Communication:

● Be the go-to person between creative teams and management.

● Provide clear and timely updates on tasks and project status.

What We’re Looking For:

● A degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, or related fields (preferred, not mandatory).

● Some prior experience in operations or content production is a plus.

● Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

● Ability to stay calm and deliver in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

● Strong communication and team coordination skills.

● Proficiency in Google Workspace and tools like Asana, Trello, Notion, etc.

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bengaluru, Karnataka

• Interacting with channel partners and their major end customers to solicit inputs for devising a product and price strategy to meet end user requirements
• Reviewing performance of channel partners – off take and order flow for ensuring achievement of monthly zonal targets
• Monitoring achievement of targets
• Implementing the sales strategy for the sale of product(s) in a specified area to increase turnover
• Monitoring achievement of sales targets for each CSC within the area
• Monitoring achievement of collection targets to reduce exposure to outstanding receivables
• Monitoring competitor activities in terms of their MOP, products, market share and production capacity for respective areas
• Interacting with quality/ R&D department for new product development basis customer feedback and competitor product portfolio
• Coordinating with CSC, production and dispatch teams for meeting customer order requirements within agreed timelines
• Ensuring timely payment and debt free transactions along with reconciliation of accounts
• Ensuring timely "C" Form submission and payout of performance incentives committed to channel partners

What you need to have:

• Prior experience in Channel Sales and Modern Trade 
• Experience in Paper / Packaging / Publishing Industry preferred

• 3-5+ years of experience working on Salesforce platforms
• At least one year of experience working directly with North Americas and European clients
• At least two Salesforce certification
• Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer I
• Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder

• Salesforce.com Certified Administrator
• Bachelors/Postgraduate degree, professional qualification, or relevant experience.

We are looking for a Ruby on Rails developer responsible for managing the interchange of data between the server and the users. Your primary focus will be the development of all server-side logic, definition, and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.
