We're seeking an experienced Backend Software Engineer to join our team. As a backend engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable backends for the products we build at NonStop. This includes APIs, databases, and server-side logic.

Responsibilities:

● Design, develop, and deploy backend systems, including APIs, databases, and server-side logic

● Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to industry standards and best practices

● Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the codebase

● Debug and resolve issues in the existing codebase

● Develop and execute unit tests to ensure high code quality

● Work with DevOps engineers to ensure seamless deployment of software changes

● Monitor application performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize systems for better scalability and efficiency

● Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies; advocate for best practices and new ideas within the team

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements

Requirements:

● At least 5+ years of experience building scalable and reliable backend systems

● Strong expertise in NodeJS/NestJS, Express, PostgreSQL

● Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems

● Proficiency in database design (SQL and NoSQL)

● Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines

● Deep understanding of design patterns, data structures, and algorithms

● Hands-on experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes

● Exceptional communication and leadership skills

● Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns

● Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and methodologies

● Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

● Strong communication skills and ability to effectively lead and maintain a collaborative team environment

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets for Muoro’s service offerings.

• Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities across the Start-ups, Mid-market, and Enterprises.

• Build strong relationships with decision-makers (CTOs, Engineering Heads, Product Leaders) and navigate complex sales cycles.

• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that articulate Muoro’s unique value proposition.

• Work closely with the product and delivery teams to understand capacity, talent availability, and ramp-up timelines.

• Negotiate commercial terms and contracts with clients, ensuring profitable deals which aligns with Muoro’s business objectives.

• Track sales metrics (pipeline, conversion rate, deal size, sales cycle length), and prepare regular reporting for the Sales Director and leadership team.

• Provide feedback from the market to inform product development, pricing, and service offerings, etc.

• Represent Muoro at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.

• Use Consultative approach to promote - Data Analytics, AI, Cloud and Application development etc.

• Build a strong relationship with technology ecosystem partners.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 7+ years in B2B sales in a technology services or IT consulting firm; prior experience in selling engineering services, remote teams, or managed services is a strong plus.

• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in closing enterprise or mid-market deals, meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

• Technical Acumen: Comfortable discussing software development, engineering team structures, and remote working models.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present to C-level executives.

• Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills and experience of deal structuring.

• Lead Generation: Experience in generating leads via outbound prospecting, networking, etc.

• Analytical Orientation: Ability to analyze sales data, build forecasts, and make data-driven decisions.

• Adaptability & Initiative: A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, scaling / high-growth environment.

• Travel: Willingness to travel (domestic/international) for client meetings.

Job Profile/ Responsibility:

• Sourcing candidates of suitable caliber from various job portals. 
• The recruiter is responsible for assessing and short-listing candidates through a systematic and multi-layered approach to create a pool of eligible candidates for Job Dost Client Organizations.
• Carrying out the prescribed Assessment for the candidates and identifying profiles as per client expectation as per job roles.
• Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews, online assessments, coding tests for candidates.
• Maintain database of candidates in JobDost portal and also ensuring all applicants are routed through JobDost platform from interview schedule to offer
• Performing background and reference checks.

Job Requirement:

For the successful execution of the job, a candidate should possess the following:

• Hands-on experience in hiring positions like SAP consultants, System/Cloud Architect, Front/Backend Developer, React, Java/J2EE Developers, .Net Engineers, ASP.Net, C#.Net, VB.Net, etc.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field. Handling candidates in Information Technology is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of prior experience as a Recruiter
• Experience with resume databases and Applicant Tracking Systems

Technical-Requirements:
