First 2 months
You will be expected to setup and integrate basic tools which will allow the internal teams to function. Examples of projects would be
-Execution of WMS, POS systems and any required integrations
-Setup basic data warehousing / reporting servers to promote data democracy internally.


Post 2 months
You will now be working on creating new tools / Apps which will give our business compounding benefits over time. These could range from B2B, B2C, B2B2C apps, internal enterprise tools. This phase will lay the true foundation of the company’s future tech capabilities.

Express Stores is an omnichannel startup (online and offline) startup by IIT Delhi, BITS Pilani grads. It is a platform for grocery stores to find trusted business solutions including supply, inventory management and customer relationship management tools. We aim to build a chain of 7/11 stores for India. We’re hiring our first Full Stack developer who will play a key role in defining the foundation of our product stack. We are looking for rockstars who not only code but can understand the products they are developing and how they impact all the stakeholders.

This role involves learning of new skills using the functional knowledge and experience on core full stack developments like node.js. Our organization's work will involved working on cross linked techstack and Lot of API integrations. Hence person should have worked on integrations and well versed with API in integrations. Person on the Job will be trained on core blockchain tech stack as we are core blockchain engineering company.

1. Experience in node.js, MySQL, Javascript.

2. Knowledge of JSON, XML, REST, SOAP, Git/SVN, Mvvm Architecture

3. The ability to manage scripts, CRON jobs.

4. Familiarity with continuous integration/build tools such as Jenkins, gitlab, basic CI CD.

5. Object oriented programming using node.js(Preferred)

6. Experience with frameworks such as Express js, Laravel framework is an added advantage

7. The candidate will also be responsible for developing webservices, dashboard, etc.for android app/web portal 

8. Good exposure in OOPS and core node.js. 

9. Knowledge of e-commerce will be preferred. 

10. Knowledge of joomla, drupal, magento and other cms will be an advantage

11. Hacker ability

12. Familiarity with php, Python and Server side devops.

13. Should have knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes

14. Should have knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices

15. Should have the ability to design applications around natural user interfaces

16. Should have an understanding of Google's Android design principles (material design) and interface guidelines

17. Should have a good understanding of activity, fragments lifecycle

18. Should have debugging and problem-solving skills

19. Familiar with database design principles

We are looking for: • 3+ years of work experience with a strong CS background • Expertise in Python and Django • Knowledge of frontend JS frameworks like React.js plus expertise in plain JS • Experience with efficient UX design techniques. • Good knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL) • Understanding of Software Engineering best practices
