We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with 6 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce platform development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, configuring, customizing, and enhancing our Salesforce environment to meet business needs. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to design, implement, and maintain Salesforce solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness in sales, marketing, and customer service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Salesforce Administration:

o Manage user setup, roles, profiles, security settings, and permissions.

o Configure and maintain custom objects, record types, fields, page layouts, workflows, process builders, and validation rules.

o Perform regular data management tasks including data import, export, deduplication, and cleaning.

o Ensure platform stability and performance with regular system maintenance.

• Salesforce Development:

o Design and implement custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC and AURA), and SOQL.

o Develop and integrate APIs to connect Salesforce with other systems.

o Automate processes with Flow Builder, Process Builder, and custom code.

o Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and improved data quality.

o Implement third-party apps from AppExchange as required.

o Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and ensure smooth implementation of new features.

Skills: 

Strong knowledge of MYSQL/PostGreSQL; Knowledge of MongoDB, Redis, Couch DB is preferred. 

Expertise in application development, databases, version control, and deployment. Skill - Node.js, 

Experience of AWS or GCP - especially services such as Lambda or google app engine 

Solid grasp of Service-oriented architecture. Web Services implementation on a medium to large scale 

Solid understanding of scaling mobile app services. Having worked the backend of an Android app is preferred

Role: 

As a Software Developer who would work independently, the candidate is expected actively acquire problems and deliver solutions as well as guide the team technically. Such a problem solver would obviously be a self starter with a high level of curiosity rather than a programming language specialist. 

He/she would be required to produce software of the highest quality through self-discipline, clear and engaged communication, and attention to detail. The role would include custom web application development on (most typically on Node.js and PHP/Python), databases (most typically MySql and MongoDb), version control (github), testing (necessarily through test scripts written before code is written), daily builds and eventual deployment onto AWS or GCP.

Business Development Manager

Job Description

You will be involved in the production, maintainence and market entry development of wood, bayleaf and other farm based products. 

Your day to day operations will involve everything from ensuring work at all farms to planning new products based on market demand. 

Must haves:

- knowledge about farming or platation of trees, spices, etc
- ability to ride a 2 wheeler
- familiar with wood processing

 

• Own the lifecycle of users from on-boarding, setup, to the day-to-day support, including serving as front-line for issues on the ongoing engagements.
• Crafting delightful user experiences around user on-boarding and support, such as ticketing, support channels, and customer communications.
• Tracking metrics and measurements of user engagement and behavior.
• Crafting well-written user-facing communications and documentation.
• Translating user feedback and needs to well-scoped requirements, and collaborating with Engineering to deliver them.
• For the first 6-9 months, expect a lot of hands-on, detail-oriented work, often requiring your exposure to other areas like sales/account management, including occasionally plugging in on for other functions.
• In the mid-to-long-term, expect an increasing amount of specialization into a deeper role, with the possibility of eventually building and scaling a team.
