Sales Manager (B2C)

Full-stack engineers & Cloud engineers or those without experience in the specified tech stack need not apply as it will not be the right fit.

• At least 4 years of backend development experience, ideally for those transitioning from mid-level to senior roles, with a proven track record in production-grade applications.
• Expertise in Java, SpringBoot, OOPs design concepts, design patterns, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, WebSockets, and cloud platforms like AWS, ensuring secure and scalable development.
• This is a specialised Backend Engineering role. Full-stack engineers or those without experience in the specified tech stack need not apply.
• Mandatory in-office work experience, with the role based out of the Navi Mumbai location, and willingness to travel abroad for client projects when needed.
• Collaboration with stakeholders to understand client challenges and deliver fast, product-driven solutions, closely working with the Lead Backend Engineer.
• Responsible for designing, maintaining, and scaling secure backend systems, owning complex modules and setting up solid project foundations.
• Strong problem-solving skills, a proactive approach to overcoming technical challenges, and a focus on researchand resolution from available resources.
• Written and spoken proficiency in English is essential for clear communication across the team and with clients.
• Continuous mentoring of junior engineers and staying updated with the latest technologies are also key aspects of the role.

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with experience with ReactJS, Nodejs/Express, working exposure to NoSQL, AWS and Python who will be responsible for developing and designing web applications for our company. In order for you to succeed in this role, you will need to be proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and have solid knowledge and experience in programming applications.
