Job Title: Telecaller – Insurance Process

Process: Kotak Mahindra Bank Insurance

Location: Malad, Mumbai

Openings: 4 (Female candidates only)

Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound/inbound calls to customers regarding Kotak Mahindra Bank insurance products

Explain insurance plans, benefits, and policy details clearly

Handle customer queries and provide accurate information

Maintain proper call records and customer data

Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets

Follow company scripts and compliance guidelines

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: Graduate (any stream)

Good communication skills in English & Hindi (regional language is a plus)

Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply

Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM preferred

Must Have Skills: ● .NET Expertise: 8+ years of hands-on experience with C# and .NET Framework (preferably 4.8+), with deep knowledge of MVC5 architecture. ● Front-End Mastery: Advanced skills in Razor Views, Bootstrap 5, CSS/LESS, JavaScript, and JQuery for building modern, responsive UIs. ● Database Proficiency: Strong experience with MSSQL, including schema design, performance tuning, and writing complex queries and stored procedures. ● DevOps Knowledge: Proficient in IIS configuration, deployment automation, and CI/CD best practices. ● Team Leadership: Proven ability to lead and mentor development teams, manage project timelines, and deliver high-quality software. ● Problem Solving: Exceptional debugging, analytical, and troubleshooting abilities across the stack. ● Collaboration: Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams and participating in technical discussions and code reviews.

Role:

The Associate Manager - Implementation plays a pivotal role in the business and carries a high level of responsibility. As well as overseeing all operational areas of the business, the role is central in supporting business growth. He/she interfaces directly with both customers and providers.

Responsibilities:

• End-to-end implementation of Intugine's solution at mid-market customers, ensure timely implementation by directing, guiding others, and applying various operational excellence tools to resolve problems including providing training.
• Travel to client locations to understand their needs, train them about Intugine's solutions and build relationships with them.
• Design and set up processes and work on continuous improvement of the set processes
• Collaborate with the technical team to set up or configure Intugine’s software platform as per clients’ requirements and troubleshoot technical issues raised by them.
• Set and monitor KPIs to access projects.
• Implement systems and processes that deliver improvement toward 100% conformance to client requirements.
• Research and analyze Intugine's new products and design a process for their implementation.

Requirements :

• 1-2 years of experience in product implementation
• B2B SaaS implementation experience preferred
• You must be able to see the big picture as well as the finer details, as your work is across the spectrum. You will deal in small daily matters, as well as larger aims and setting goals. A systematic organized approach to work is vital.
• Brilliant communication and interpersonal skills, for dealing with many types of people at all levels in a direct diplomatic way is essential. An understanding of customer/client requirements is a must.
• Soft skills, including effective time management, prioritizing, and delegation, are a must.
• Knowledge of SCM is a plus.
• Having natural creative flair and being full of ideas and energy to introduce new concepts and innovations would also be advantageous.
•  Desire to assume responsibility and work autonomously.
•  Highly organized and able to juggle numerous tasks.
•  Good written and spoken English (being a native speaker will be a plus).

Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and implement robust and efficient backend services using microservices architecture principles.

-  Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code using C# and the .NET framework.

-  Develop and implement data access layers using Entity Framework.

-  Utilize Azure DevOps for version control, continuous integration, and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.

-  Design and manage databases on Azure SQL.

-  Perform code reviews and participate in pair programming to ensure code quality.

-  Troubleshoot and debug complex backend issues.

-  Optimize backend performance and scalability to ensure a smooth user experience.

-  Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in backend technologies and cloud platforms.

Qualifications:

• Thoroughly assess the requirement details and conduct feasibility study.
• Work with Project Manager or Project Coordinator on the task/module release plan.
• Propose solution on the implementation which meets the requirement.
• Full stack development which includes, front-end, back-end, middleware with database optimization.
• Writing efficient and well-structured code. Frequent update and altering the application codes to enhance performance.
• Documentation within the code is a must to provide reference and description to the other developers.
• Assist in the application technical documentation.
• Lead the development by monitoring a group of developers.
• Provide assistance and guidance on the application development.
• Verify the codes done by the other developers (Juniors).
• Troubleshooting application and code issues.

Requirements:

• Overall experience in the field of Information risk and security related initiatives/ projects.
• Experience in the areas of Infrastructure Security Audit, IT Security, Vulnerability Assessment, Risk Assessment, Web Application Security, Network Security Review, Network Architecture Review, Mobile Application Security Testing, Configuration Review, Source Code Review, Wireless Pentest, Process Review etc.
• Ability to understand business concepts and integrate business risk elements into security operations.
• Experience in conducting VAPT.
• Experience with web application vulnerability scanning tools (e.g., IBM AppScan, HP Web inspect, Acunetix, NTO Spider, BurpSuite Pro).
• Strong ethics and understanding of ethics in business and information security.
• Should have exposure to Code review, Network VA/PT and App VA/PT work.
• Understanding and familiarity with common code review methods and standards.
• Experience with code scanning toolsets such as Fortify and Ounce.
• Understanding of HTTP and web programming.
• Knowledge of OWASP tools and methodologies, common security requirements within ASP.NET application, standard SDLC practices.
• Knowledge of Network Security technology in areas of Firewall, IPS, VPN, Gateway security solutions (proxy, web filtering).
• In-depth understanding on Common Vulnerability Exposure (CVE)/ Cert advisory database.
