REQUIREMENTS

. BACHELORS DEGREE IN BUSSINESS MANAGEMENT ,MARKETING OR RELATED FEILD.

.0-3 YEARS OF RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

.GOOD WRITTEN AND VERBAL COMMUNICATION

.ABLE TO HANDLE MULTIPLE PROJECTS SIMULTANEOUSLY UNDER PRESSURE

RESPONSIBILITIES

.ANALYZING MARKET TRENDS

.NURTURING RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS

• Hands-on with contemporary javaScript frameworks(React.js / Angular.js)
• Hands-on with UI layouts, SASS, LESS, Bootstrap
• Developed reusable components and libraries for frontend.
• Frontend optimization techniques to reduce latencies
• Frontend optimization for SEO
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, design thinking
• Practical experience with engineering best practices

Responsibilities

• Build desktop and mobile web applications using contemporary javascript frameworks
• Actively participate in design and code reviews to build robust applications and prototypes
• Explore and design simple and intuitive consumer experiences
• Work closely with Product Managers, UX designers, and back-end engineers to implement frontend solutions
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use, focus on long term code maintainability
• Work in a fast-paced and agile development environment

We at Joistic are a strong and focused team working on flutter and PHP Laravel. We are looking to add a backend dev to our team.

As a Backend Engineer at Joistic, you’ll be involved in working on admin panels, web apps, Rest Api creation etc. Having a good sense of UI/UX would be appreciated.

Essential Job Functions

• Provide technical leadership in getting new ideas into production efficiently
• Enhance tools and processes to improve product design/development
• Analyze business needs and conceive, design, and develop innovative solutions
• Whiteboard designs and mentor less experienced team members
• Keep an eye on quality engineering practices, implementation, and be the mentor and champion for your team
• Work closely with Software Developers / QA Engineers and the business to build outstanding products
• Develop a deep understanding of product functionality and how it relates to business goals and practices
• Be hands on, code and take ownership for features/initiatives
• Must be able to interface with executives, business leaders

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• 12+ years industry experience
• Good leadership skills
• Good experience with Java, Spring, Hibernate, REST
• Good experience with cloud-based development / leveraging cloud services
• Good experience with JavaScript (AngularJS)
• Good experience with SQL / Relational Databases
• Good experience with Big Data / data pipelines on the cloud
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in a Lean/Agile environment

Nice To Have

• Experience developing a microservices architecture
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Jenkins and deploying applications on cloud (Google Cloud Platform preferred)
