Job Description:

We are looking for a polished and professional Guest Relations Manager to manage resident communication and service coordination for a premium residential community in Faridabad.

The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, strong client-handling ability, and the confidence to professionally manage resident interactions while coordinating with internal teams for smooth resolution and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

 Handle resident communication through calls, WhatsApp support, and coordination channels

* Understand resident concerns and coordinate internally for timely resolution

* Assign service requests to the appropriate maintenance teams

* Follow up with residents to ensure smooth issue closure and satisfaction

* Handle escalations professionally and maintain high service standards

* Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operational flow

* Maintain professional communication and resident experience at all times

Software Project Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage multiple software development projects simultaneously.

- Define project scope, goals and deliverables.

- Plan and schedule project timelines.

- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors.

- Measure project performance and report to management.

- Identify and manage project risks.

- Ensure resource availability and allocation.

- Ensure adherence to project delivery schedules.

• Strong experience in .NET Development using C#
• Good knowledge of ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, Entity Framework
• Experience with SQL Server and database concepts
• Knowledge of design patterns such as MVC
• Experience working with Visual Studio and related development tools

Desired Candidate Profile and skill set:

We are looking for an experienced Node.js Developer with at least 3-years of experience. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining server-side applications and building scalable applications using Node.js. It is a WFH/Remote, full-time position.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop RESTful APIs using Node.js
• Build and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable code
• Write unit and integration tests for all code changes
• Developing and maintaining all server-side network components
• Designing customer-facing UI and back-end services for various business processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Optimize application performance and ensure scalability and reliability
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in the application codebase
• Documenting Node.js processes, including database schemas, as well as preparing reports

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience designing and/or developing applications using node.js
• Extensive knowledge of JavaScript, web stacks, libraries, and frameworks
• Strong experience with ExpressJS or Restify frameworks
• Very well understanding of Javascript, Browsers, real time communication
• Experience with ReactJS & MongoDB is a plus
• Strong fundamentals in OOPS, Data structured and Design Patterns
• Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML5 and CSS3

• Managing online data collection projects directly with clients
• Overseeing timelines, management, data quality, and datafiles
• Approving survey scripting/programming and final client links
• Manage sampling & quota requirements
• Approve final data files and quality checks for client deliverables
• Reporting to Operations Director

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

• Min 3 years Project Management in research/data
• Excellent English verbal and written proficiency is essential
• You will have excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• University / tertiary qualification
• Statistics software is preferred but not mandatory
• Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Excel/Word/PowerPoint

• You are familiar with interaction design or motion graphics
• You find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g., usability, findability)
• You have a keen eye for aesthetics and problem-solving aptitude
• You have excellent communication skills and can collaborator with other designers and non-designer to produce a final design

MUST-HAVES
