Organised appointments, meetings, and follow-ups with Doctors, Distributors, hospital/healthcare staff
2. Coordinate day-to-day sales operations, including tracking inquiries, managing documentation, and maintaining customer databases.
3. Support the identification of new business opportunities by preparing preliminary information, product details, and relevant documents for the sales team.
4. Facilitate communication between the company and healthcare professionals such as doctors, nurses, pharmacists, technicians, and clinicians.
5. Prepare and maintain sales reports, performance summaries, and monthly/weekly MIS data.
6. Assist in preparing Tenders, quotations, proposals, agreements, and contracts for new and existing distributors.
7. Updating statutory compliances as required by the company time to time
8. Ensure timely follow-ups with clients, distributors, and internal departments to maintain smooth sales operations.
9. Work closely with the Purchase, Accounts, and Dispatch teams to ensure timely execution of order processing and delivery.
10. Support payment tracking, expense records, and documentation related to sales activities.
11. Maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and service coordination
12. Any other work pertaining to purchase or commercial activities will be intimated time to time
