Job Role - Social Media Executive

Experience Level - 1 year

Responsibilities:

● Create Campaign Strategies and monitor the execution to achieve the brand objective

● Objective Identification and delivery via curating the best digital strategy

● Managing and Supervising Facebook ads, Instagram Ads, Twitter Ads, and Linkedin Ads

● Handling social pages of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.

● Develop, implement and manage a brand's social media strategy on a monthly basis.

● Define the most important social media KPIs.

● In-depth knowledge of paid marketing and daily implementation, reporting, and running of paid marketing on all social platforms.

● Measure the success of every social media campaign, as per required metrics

● Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and updates

● Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing or has relevant writing capability.

● Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.

● Communicate with industry professionals and influencers to create a strong network via social media.

● Provide constructive feedback to the team and train them to achieve desired results.

The Role: B2B Sales Executive - Full Cycle

We are looking for a hungry, results-driven sales professional. The role involves managing the entire sales process with business clients, from first conversation to closed contract. This is a closer role, not a top-of-funnel lead generator. Day-to-day responsibilities include qualifying leads, conducting virtual meetings, presenting the value of Ternout Go to agency owners, navigating objections, and securing paying customers. You will maintain accurate records in the CRM and relay on-the-ground client feedback to our product team.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of proven B2B or SMB sales experience, with a track record of actively closing deals rather than just booking appointments.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain software value to business stakeholders.
• Expertise in managing a sales pipeline using CRM systems, video conferencing platforms, and daily outreach tools.
• Ability to independently research potential travel agency clients, analyse their operational pain points, and tailor your pitch accordingly.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills to thrive autonomously in a remote, bootstrapped startup environment.
• A grounded, results-driven mindset—we care about your ability to close, not corporate buzzwords.

Compensation & Setup

• The compensation for this role is a fixed base plus uncapped commission (realistic OTE of ₹18,000–₹25,000+/month), with commissions paid promptly on cleared payments. This is a 100% remote role in India that requires proactive communication, relentless follow-up, and a focus on building long-term relationships with travel businesses.

The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and optimize software solutions that interact with hardware and embedded platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain robust Python-based applications and tools.

Work on embedded system software development and integration.

Collaborate with hardware, firmware, and system teams for end-to-end solution development.
