Solution Engineer                                                             

Primary Responsibilities

●         Serve as the primary resource during the client implementation/onboarding phase

●         Identify, document, and define customer business and technical needs

●         Develop clear user documentation, instructions, and standard procedures

●         Deliver training sessions on solution administration and usage

●         Participate in customer project calls and serve as a subject matter expert on solutions

●         Coordinate tasks across internal and client project teams, ensuring accountability and progress tracking

●         Perform hands-on configuration, scripting, data imports, testing, and knowledge transfer activities

●         Translate business requirements into technical specifications for product configuration or enhancements

●         Collaborate with global team members across multiple time zones, including the U.S., India, and China

●         Build and maintain strong customer relationships to gather and validate requirements

●         Contribute to the development of implementation best practices and suggest improvements to processes

●         Execute other tasks and duties as assigned

Note: Salary offered will depend on the candidate's qualifications and experience.

Required Skills & Experience

●         Proven experience leading software implementation projects from presales through delivery

●         Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple detailed and interdependent tasks

●         2–5 years of experience in JavaScript and web development, including prior implementation work in a software company

●         Proficiency in some or all of the following:

○         JavaScript, PascalScript, MS SQL Script, RESTful APIs, Azure, Postman

○         Embarcadero RAD Studio, Delphi

○         Basic SQL and debugging

○         SMS integration and business intelligence tools

●         General knowledge of database structures and data migration processes

●         Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies

●         Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on client satisfaction and relationship-building

●         Self-starter with the ability to work productively in a remote, distributed team environment

●         Experience in energy efficiency retrofits, construction, or utility demand-side management is a plus

We seek a proactive and organized Female Front Desk Executive with international school experience to join our institution. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service, managing administrative tasks, and creating a welcoming environment for students, parents, and staff. Welcome and Reception:

• Greet visitors, students, parents, and staff with a warm and professional attitude.
• Maintain a positive and inviting atmosphere at the front desk, ensuring a friendly first point of contact for all individuals.

Administrative Support:

• Manage incoming and outgoing calls, directing calls to the appropriate individuals or departments.
• Handle incoming emails and correspondence, responding promptly and professionally.
• Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
• Maintain the school's electronic and physical filing systems for documents, records, and forms.

Student and Parent Relations:

• Provide information about the school's admissions, policies, and procedures to prospective parents.
• Assist with student registration, enrollment, and related paperwork.
• Address inquiries and concerns from parents ensuring timely and accurate responses.

Visitor Management:

• Monitor and record visitor access, ensuring the security and safety of the school premises.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar front desk preferably in an international school set-up.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and GSuite.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a friendly, customer-focused demeanor.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Knowledge of the International Baccalaureate (IB) education system is an advantage.

Staff Engineer (Hybris)

Experience- 5.5- 9 years

Location- Remote (Anywhere in India)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience with Hybris 6.x with knowledge of HYBRIS -B2B-ACCELERATOR, Hybris back-office, Hybris Frontend WCMS cockpit, product cockpit, Hybris, Hybris core, Hybris Commerce, Hybris Search, Hybris OCC, Slor Customization
• Experience working on core Java, Spring Core, Spring MVC, Unit testing.
• Strong experience in SAP Spartacus or Rule engine and promotions or SAP Commerce Accelerator Storefront
• Knowledge of one or more modules HYBRIS-PIM, HYBRIS-PROMOTIONS, HYBRIS-OMS, HYBRIS -TRAVEL-ACCELERATOR
• Knowledge of high-quality professional software engineering practices for agile software development cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and deployment
• Fundamental knowledge of design patterns
• Experience in communicating effectively with users, other technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs
• Passionate about building great solutions
• Mentoring the team members to meet the client's needs and holding them accountable for high standards of delivery
• Being able to understand and relate technology integration scenarios and be able to apply these learnings in complex troubleshooting scenarios

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analysing the project’s requirements and the ability to convert said requirements into technical documents, design and code
• Implementing design methodologies and tool sets
• Writing well-designed, defect free code which scales well and follows all best practices and guidelines
• Executing the development of software with a strong focus on the security, performance, and robustness.
• Conducting deep level analysis to identify root cause to systematically resolve issues
• Following all defined software configuration management best practices
• Reviewing code to identify issues as well as deviations from best practices
• Addressing issues promptly, responding positively to setbacks and challenges with a mindset of continuous improvement.

• We run functional teams based on the SCRUM methodology and are a fairly Agile environment, with 2-week sprints and teams with a minimum of 2 developers (preferably 3) plus a Platform Owner.
• Sprints cannot be interrupted and work is planned out well in advance to keep stress down to a minimum.

• Line by line code reviews for every pull request on Gitlab maintains code quality, and keep everyone in the loop & learning.
• At least 2 people working together on every project (collaborating not pairing)

• Swift is strongly preferred
• Experience with clean architecture, MVVM, and other design patterns
• Master Storyboards and auto layouts
• Familiar with RESTful web service
• Experience with Static Frameworks
• Great logic and problem-solving skills
• Practical understanding of Continuous Integration and Delivery
