The Role

You'll own brand and social media strategy for a portfolio of client accounts, and be accountable for both the quality of the work and whether the client stays. This is a manager role: you set direction, execute where it matters, and make sure your team delivers on time without you having to chase it.

What You'll Do

Strategy

• Build brand positioning and social media strategy per client — content pillars, tone of voice, platform mix
• Translate client business goals into a content and brand roadmap
• Stay ahead of platform trends and adapt strategy as channels evolve

Client Retention

• Be the primary point of contact for your accounts — the person the client trusts and wants to keep working with
• Run regular strategy reviews and reporting that show clear value, not just activity
• Spot risk early (dips in engagement, client dissatisfaction, scope drift) and course-correct before it becomes churn
• Identify and pitch expansion opportunities within existing accounts

Execution

• Personally shape and approve content calendars, key creative concepts, and campaign narratives
• Write or edit copy where it matters — captions, brand messaging, campaign concepts
• Review content before it goes out — you are the last quality check, not just a pass-through

Team & Delivery

• Coordinate designers, video editors, and Fleet vendor agencies to keep every deliverable on schedule
• Own the recurring monthly cadence (content calendars, performance/engagement reports) and hit every date
• Resolve bottlenecks — if something's going to be late or off-brief, you catch it early and fix it, not just report it

What We're Looking For

• Relevant experience in brand/social media strategy, ideally agency-side, with direct client ownership
• Track record of managing multiple accounts and retaining clients over time
• Strong writing and presentation skills — you'll be client-facing regularly
• Comfortable managing a small team or group of vendors toward deadlines
• Bachelor's in marketing, communications, design, or related field

Nice to have: experience across both B2B and D2C brand accounts, familiarity with performance metrics (not just content)

Job Title: Salesforce Business Analyst

Job Summary

We are looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst with experience to bridge business requirements and Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong stakeholder management skills, experience gathering and documenting requirements, and a good understanding of Salesforce CRM capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, QA, and project teams.
• Configure and support Salesforce CRM solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, UAT, and release planning.

Required Skills

Minimum 7-12 Years of Core Java Programming with Collections Framework, Concurrent Programming, Multi-threading (Good knowledge in Executor service, Forkjoin pool and other threading concepts)
