Position Overview The Sales Development Representative is the initial interface between the Company's Customers/Prospects and Sales team. The SDR should be able to generate qualified leads for the sales team to pursue, through different outreach methods, including social (LinkedIn). What You’ll Be Doing ✓ Generate Qualified Sales Opportunities and Pipeline for Sales team. ✓ Manage territories and account list with high degree of ownership. ✓ Ability to manage and execute daily Outbound calling and prospecting KPI’s. ✓ Account and Prospect research to map relevant stakeholders, for quality engagements and follow-ups. ✓ Learn from existing SDR’s on market potential and work on developing market base. ✓ Demonstrate experience in creating simple, precise pitch for Calls and Emails and LinkedIn InMail. What You Bring to the Table ✓ Have demonstrated engaging with C-level and VP-level connects for SaaS and ERP Software companies. ✓ Proven track record of generating consistent pipeline against monthly, quarterly and annual targets. ✓ Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information effectively in English and a local language. ✓ Skilful Objection handling on calls, promote/sell ideas persuasively, and close transactions with mutually beneficial results. ✓ Experience working with sales, marketing and product team to understand and convey product value-add, benefits and outcomes to prospects/customers. ✓ Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion. ✓ Experience working with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Sales Navigator, Lusha, ZoomInfo, Outreach. ✓ Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines. ✓ Able to maintain and promote social, ethical, and organizational standards in internal collaboration and external business activities. ✓ Able to work independently with minimum supervision. ✓ Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. ✓ Experience prospecting into Supply Chain & Logistics head/decision makers is an added advantage. 1. B.E/B.Tech Degree from a reputed institution with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
2. Hands-on experience with test automation using Python or Java.
3. Experience with test frameworks such as Robot Framework or TestNG.
4. Traffic generation tools usage such as curl-loader or JMeter.
5. QA engineers for Networking Technology products such as switches, routers, L4-L7 products testing can also apply.
6. Knowledge of public clouds, AWS, Azure or GCP, is desired.
7. Working knowledge in Kubernetes, Docker or Openshift environments required.
8. Hands on experience with Linux.
9. Strong problem solving and debugging abilities.
10. Familiarity with continuous integration tools such as Jenkins or CircleCI.
11. Interest in machine learning (ML) and data science is a plus.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

●   Conduct in-depth research to identify and prospect for qualified leads.

1. Data Steward :

Data Steward will collaborate and work closely within the group software engineering and business division. Data Steward has overall accountability for the group's / Divisions overall data and reporting posture by responsibly managing data assets, data lineage, and data access, supporting sound data analysis. This role requires focus on data strategy, execution, and support for projects, programs, application enhancements, and production data fixes. Makes well-thought-out decisions on complex or ambiguous data issues and establishes the data stewardship and information management strategy and direction for the group. Effectively communicates to individuals at various levels of the technical and business communities. This individual will become part of the corporate Data Quality and Data management/entity resolution team supporting various systems across the board.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Responsible for data quality and data accuracy across all group/division delivery initiatives.
• Responsible for data analysis, data profiling, data modeling, and data mapping capabilities.
• Responsible for reviewing and governing data queries and DML.
• Accountable for the assessment, delivery, quality, accuracy, and tracking of any production data fixes.
• Accountable for the performance, quality, and alignment to requirements for all data query design and development.
• Responsible for defining standards and best practices for data analysis, modeling, and queries.
• Responsible for understanding end-to-end data flows and identifying data dependencies in support of delivery, release, and change management.
• Responsible for the development and maintenance of an enterprise data dictionary that is aligned to data assets and the business glossary for the group responsible for the definition and maintenance of the group's data landscape including overlays with the technology landscape, end-to-end data flow/transformations, and data lineage.
• Responsible for rationalizing the group's reporting posture through the definition and maintenance of a reporting strategy and roadmap.
• Partners with the data governance team to ensure data solutions adhere to the organization’s data principles and guidelines.
• Owns group's data assets including reports, data warehouse, etc.
• Understand customer business use cases and be able to translate them to technical specifications and vision on how to implement a solution.
• Accountable for defining the performance tuning needs for all group data assets and managing the implementation of those requirements within the context of group initiatives as well as steady-state production.
• Partners with others in test data management and masking strategies and the creation of a reusable test data repository.
• Responsible for solving data-related issues and communicating resolutions with other solution domains.
• Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the Clinical Trial Predication use cases.
• Apply knowledge in analytic and statistical algorithms to help customers explore methods to improve their business.
• Contribute toward analytical research projects through all stages including concept formulation, determination of appropriate statistical methodology, data manipulation, research evaluation, and final research report.
• Visualize and report data findings creatively in a variety of visual formats that appropriately provide insight to the stakeholders.
• Achieve defined project goals within customer deadlines; proactively communicate status and escalate issues as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• The AEM Developer will play a vital role in the design, development, testing and deployment of Adobe Experience Management Web and Mobile solutions
• Will work closely with clients, developers, system administrators, project managers, business analysts and end-users to build a state-of-the-art Digital Platform using Adobe's Digital Marketing Product Suite
• Design efficient content models, security models, workflows and templates.

 Job is based out of Gandhinagar.
FE will work as a decision maker for the trucker side, where he will be entitled to take decisions regarding truck on-boarding, trip finalization, ongoing trip issues or payment related issues, etc. FE will make decisions regarding trucker side operations with taking the Admin team in confidence.

✔ During trucker on-boarding, if any of the truck owners are having more than ten numbers of trucks with the same owner; FE will have to notify the accounts department about it for taxation purposes.

✔ Any kind of internal communication from the trucker side such as communication with material side, admin team, accounts department, or any other department of the organization will be done only through FE.

✔ The same way any communications from the trucker side with individuals who are not part of an organization such as truck owners, transporters, and other stakeholders will be done under direct monitoring of FE.

✔ FE will also have to guide the executives to upload dummy truck-ads to keep the consignors engaged on our platform, but this task shall be done under strict monitoring of FE.

✔ FE will also have to guide and support the executives to finalize the trips.

✔ All the advance payments for finalized trips will be firstly verified by FE, then only he/she will communicate it to the accounts department.

✔ During the loading the process if there is any damage by the driver within the premises of the consignor, FE will have to communicate with the truck driver/owner and SME/CP to make the settlements. In such cases, the final decision will be taken by FE and SME mutually with the admin team in confidence.

✔ In the same way, if there is any damage to the material while unloading, FE will communicate regarding these with truck driver/owner and SME/CP to make settlements. In such cases, the final decision will be taken by FE and SME mutually with the admin team in confidence.

✔ In case of Payment delay or no payment conditions, FE will coordinate with SME and take decisions for trip continuity.

✔ In case of any major breakdown, accident, material/vehicle damage or seizure of vehicle/material by any authority FE will have to communicate with the truck driver/owner to continue the trip.
