Key Responsibilities

1. Identify and connect with potential B2B clients through LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
2. Generate qualified leads for IT Services and Application Software solutions.
3. Understand client requirements and introduce suitable technology solutions.
4. Schedule meetings for the Business Development team.
5. Maintain lead and customer interaction records.
6. Utilize AI-powered productivity tools to improve prospecting and outreach.

·      7+ years of professional experience in front-end development.

·      5+ years of hands-on experience with React.js and its ecosystem (Redux, Context API, Hooks, etc.)

·      Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

·      Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSocket integration.

·      Proficiency in modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel, etc.).

·      Expertise in state management libraries (Redux, MobX) and React Query.

·      Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.

·      Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, etc.).

·      Familiarity with modern CI/CD pipelines and version control tools (Git).

• Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics and stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices. 
• Develop and implement content strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and development, to ensure content alignment with brand guidelines and business objectives.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Android developer to manage the app development of Simply Fleet on Android. The developer will work closely with the other members of the product team to build and maintain Simply Fleet's Android app.

What you will do:

• You should be proficient in Android development with Kotlin
• You should have a fair idea about web services
• You should be comfortable working with JSON
• You should have a strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices
• You should have a working knowledge of location services
• Knowledge of AWS S3 is a plus
• You should have an understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
• You should have deployed apps on Google Play Console
• We expect you to be proficient in best coding practices like adding comments, using proper naming conventions, performing unit testing of your code, etc.
• You should be well versed in developing in Android Studio

Roles and Responsibilities :

● A great JavaScript developer who is proficient with React.js (preferred).

● Your primary focus will be on developing user interface components and implementing

them following well-known React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux).

● You will ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to

maintain.

● You will coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the

infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem-solving, sophisticated

design, and a quality product is important.

● Generating error-free code and compliance with SOW

● Managing development processes & working notes

● Growing technical skills and being an active part of the technical transformation in the company

● When required manage client communication for projects assigned

● Reporting on project activities and ensuring timely completion of projects/assignments

● Guiding Jr. Developers for the completion of their work

Desired Candidate Profile

Primary Skills :

● Hands-on experience in React.js, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and People Management.

• Collaborating across an agile team to continuously design, iterate, and develop big data systems.
• Extracting, transforming, and loading data into internal databases.
• Optimizing our new and existing data pipelines for speed and reliability. 
• Deploying new products and product improvements
• Documenting and managing multiple repositories of code.

• Experience with Pandas to process the data and Jupyter notebooks to keep it all together. 
• Familiar with pulling and pushing files from SFTP and AWS S3.  Familiarity with AWS Athena and Redshift is mandatory. 
• Familiarity with SQL programming to query and transform data from relational Databases. 
• Familiarities with AWS Cloud and Linux (and Linux work environment) are mandatory. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
